Beleggen...Hoe veilig DENKT U, dat uw beleggingscontract is ?

Beleggen ???Hoe veilig denkt ge dat UW beleggingscontract is?
Wist U, dat een bepaalde grootbank, UW beleggingscontract dat oorspronkelijk op 2 namen geopend is, INTERN kan veranderen naar een nieuw contract, dat dan alleen op 1 titularis staat, ZONDER dat de 2de partij hiervan iets afweet, en dit nog meits behoudt van HETZELFDE rekening nummer, zonder dat hiervoor één document, of titularisoverdracht werd voor ondertekend?
Wist U dat deze bepaalde grootbank, zich dan nog intern bezighoudt met het " aanpassen" van het inschrijvingsdocumenten bij de effectendienst?
Wist U dat deze bepaalde grootbank dit doet, om alzo 1 partij in een scheiding vereffening verdeling te bevoodelen?
Wist U dat deze bepaalde grootbank, denkt zich alles te kunnen permiteren, en dat zij gedurende 14 jaar WEIGEREN om alle beleggingsrekeningen door te geven aan de gerechterlijk aangestelde notarissen?
Ik vind dat U als belegger, of als toekomstige belegger hiervan op de hoogte MOET zijn, omdat ik ervan uit ga dat U niet alleen wil weten wat uw belegging heeft opgebracht, maar dat U zeker wil weten of uw belegging er nog is, en dat deze niet werd overgezet naar iemand anders. Neem het van mij aan, deze bepaalde grootbankzet INTERN beleggingscontracten over naar 1 titularis door het opmaken van een NIEUW contract.
