Man arrested as woman dies at Durrington house

A 68-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman died at a house in Wiltshire.

Wiltshire Police have started a murder inquiry after finding the woman with serious injuries at the property in Avondown Road, Durrington, on Friday afternoon.

The 64-year-old woman died at the scene.

The man was initially arrested at the house on suspicion of attempted murder. He is still being questioned.
