Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko pledges radical reform

The Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has promised a programme of radical reform during an address at the opening session of the country's new parliament.

Members of parliament, who were meeting for the first time since last month's general elections, also re-elected Arseniy Yatseniuk as Prime Minister.
