More than 50 firefighters tackled the blaze

A large fire at a recycling plant has been tackled by more than 50 firefighters.

West Midlands Fire Service said they received more than 40 calls about the blaze in Oldbury, Sandwell, which broke out shortly before 00:00 BST.

At its peak, ten fire engines using aerial platforms were needed at the site in Trinity Street to bring the fire under control.

The cause is not yet known and an investigation is under way.
