Skipper gets community service over diver's death

The skipper of a fishing boat has been sentenced to 300 hours community service for a breach of health and safety laws in connection with the death of a diver.

Ronald MacNeil, from Leven in Fife, did not have the required second diver on board when 31-year-old Graeme Mackie drowned while diving for razor clams.

BBC Scotland's Morag Kinniburgh reports.
