Streetly pub attack death suspect on manslaughter charge

A man has been charged with manslaughter after a man died following a fight outside a West Midlands pub.

Adam Lynn, 24, is due before Birmingham Magistrates' Court later following the disorder outside the Deer's Leap pub in Queslett Road, Streetly, on Friday.

Mr Lynn, of Kingstanding Road, is accused of killing Jonathon Woodhall, who died in hospital on Saturday.

Two other men have been bailed while another man, 22, has been released without charge.

Mr Woodhall, 27, from Tamworth, who was known as Paddy, was described by his family as "a happy, loyal, lovable and caring man and a fantastic dad, who doted on his son".
