Syria conflict: French journalist hostages freed

Four French journalists held captive in Syria for almost a year have been freed.

Edouard Elias, Didier Francois, Nicolas Henin and Pierre Torres were found by Turkish soldiers on the border with Syria, with their hands bound and eyes blindfolded.

They are due to arrive in Paris on Sunday morning where they are expected to be met at the airport by their families and President Francois Hollande.
