We need to focus like a laser beam on a grim truth: whatever the gains of a worldwide environmental and animal rights movements throughout the last four decades, they have nonetheless continued to lose ground in the battle to save biodiversity, to stop or even slow down the destruction of the rainforests, topsoil, coral reefs; to prevent ever-worsening resource wars; to end the blatant and open war and Holocaust against nonhuman animals; and to come to grips with the immanent catastrophe of climate change in our minds let alone our policies and actions.
The sense of urgency is rising in proportion to the severity of the crisis. Increasingly, calls for legislative change, moderation, compromise, and taking the slow march through the institutions can be seen as grotesquely inadequate, as growing numbers of people gravitate toward more radical tactics of change. “Reasonableness” and “moderation” in the current situation seem to be entirely unreasonable and immoderate, as “extreme” and “radical” actions appear simply as necessary and appropriate.
From Athens to Paris to Brazil, there is growing realization that politics as usual just won’t cut it anymore. We will always lose if we play by their rules rather than invent new forms of struggle, new social movements, and new sensibilities. The defense of the earth requires immediate and decisive action: logging roads need to be blocked, driftnets need to be cut, and cages need to be emptied. But these are piecemeal and reactive measures, and in addition to these tactics, radical movements and alliances must be built that unites struggles on behalf of humanity, nonhuman animals, and the earth in a politics of total liberation.

World population needs to be stabilised quickly and high consumption in rich countries rapidly reduced to avoid “a downward spiral of economic and environmental ills”, warns a major report from the Royal Society.
Contraception must be offered to all women who want it and consumption cut to reduce inequality, says the study published on Thursday, which was chaired by Nobel prize-winning biologist Sir John Sulston.
The assessment of humanity’s prospects in the next 100 years, which has taken 21 months to complete, argues strongly that to achieve long and healthy lives for all 9 billion people expected to be living in 2050, the twin issues of population and consumption must be pushed to the top of political and economic agendas. Both issues have been largely ignored by politicians and played down by environment and development groups for 20 years, the report says.
“The number of people living on the planet has never been higher, their levels of consumption are unprecedented and vast changes are taking place in the environment. We can choose to rebalance the use of resources to a more egalitarian pattern of consumption … or we can choose to do nothing and to drift into a downward spiral of economic and environmental ills leading to a more unequal and inhospitable future”, it says.
At today’s rate of population increase developing countries will have to build the equivalent of a city of a million people every five days from now to 2050, says the report. “Global population growth is inevitable for the next few decades. By 2050, it is projected that today’s population of 7 billion will have grown by 2.3 billion, the equivalent of a new China and an India.”
But the sheer number of people on earth is not as important as their inequality and how much they consume, said Jules Pretty, one of the working group of 22 who produced the report. “In material terms it will be necessary for most developed countries to abstain from certain sorts of consumption, such as CO2. You do not need to be consuming so much to have a long and healthy life. We cannot conceive of a world that is going to be as unequal as it is now. We must bring the 1.3 billion people living on less than a $1.25 a day out of absolute poverty. It’s critical to slow population growth in those countries which cannot keep up with services.”
The report gives the example of Niger in West Africa which has increased life expectancy in the past 30 years but is doubling population every 20 years. “Even assuming its total fertility rate (Tfr) falls to 3.9 by 2050, which may be optimistic, the population will grow from 15.5 to 55.5 million by 2050. A future in which population increase outstrips the production of food and other necessities of life is a real possibility for Niger. It is difficult to see a bright future for the country without sharp reductions in fertility and population growth together with increased investment in health and education,” it said.
Most of the global population growth in the next century will come from the 48 least developed countries, of which 32 are in Africa, said Ekliya Zulu, one of the authors and president of the Union for African Population studies. “Taking Africa alone, the population will increase by 2 billion this century. If we fail and fertility levels do not go down to 2.1, (from 4.7 now) the population [there] may reach 5.3 billion. When we slow down population growth we empower women and provide more money for least developed countries to invest in education. The majority of women want fewer children. The demand to reduce fertility is there”, he said.
The authors acknowledge that it would take time and massive political commitment to shift consumption patterns in rich countries, but believe that providing contraception would cost comparatively little. “To supply all the world’s unmet family planning needs would be $6-7bn a year. It’s not much. It’s an extremely good investment, extremely affordable. To not provide family planning is an infringement of human rights”, said Sulston.
The authors declined to put a figure on sustainable population, saying it depended on lifestyle choices and consumption. But they warned that without urgent action humanity would be in deep trouble. “The pressure on a finite planet will make us radically change human activity”, said Pretty.
“The planet has sufficient resources to sustain 9 billion, but we can only ensure a sustainable future for all if we address grossly unequal levels of consumption. Fairly redistributing the lion’s share of the earth’s resources consumed by the richest 10% would bring development so that infant mortality rates are reduced, many more people are educated and women are empowered to determine their family size – all of which will bring down birth rates”, said an Oxfam spokeswoman.

The kitty in the video is his sons cat, “Tabs”, who loves his “Grandpa Craig”. We are moving along with the civil suit on the ranch, and on my own (which is combined). It has been an extremely painful and long process, not to mention expensive. That we both had to put out thousands of dollars to ‘defend’ our right to have cats either as pets or for the ranch , is insane and unconscionable. But, regardless of that, we still have to follow the legal process in order to get them returned. And we WILL get them returned.
We are asking, pleading, with everyone who has LIKED us on the fan page and anywhere else, to donate ONE DOLLAR to the ranch via PayPal or check! More tactics taken by PETA, in an attempt to smother the No Kill Movement.
Caboodle Ranch, a feline sanctuary located in Madison County, Florida became part of the PETA witch-hunt to seek out and shut down “no-kill” organizations throughout the country. Tallahassee.com, a division of the Tallahassee Democrat reported today that “hundreds of cats” are being “removed from Madison County Ranch”. Caboodle Ranch is located on a secluded 30-acre property and was founded and operated by Craig Grant. Grant began the sanctuary in 2003 when he decided that saving lives was much more important than having material things. Grant states on the Caboodle Ranch website, “…material items aren’t important to me anymore….Caboodle Ranch is now a permanent sanctuary for cats who have been kicked around by heartless people. There are many sad stories between all the cats I've taken in. Some almost starved to death, some of them wounded strays. I've seen many locked in cages for months in animal shelters and have taken in some of those too.”Varied reports have been published stating that the number of cats on the outdoor sanctuary/property that have now been seized range anywhere from 300-700. PETA has produced articles and videos declaring “Victory!” The question being, who is the victor?

Zaterdag,07:46 doorRedactie Een redacteur van PC Pro die twee weken Hotmail wilde proberen om te controleren of Microsoft de dienst verbeterd had, moest uiteindelijk toezien hoe een hacker er met zijn account vandoor ging. De aanvaller had vervolgens iedereen in het adresboek een link naar een kwaadaardige website gestuurd. De problemen voor Barry Collins waren nog niet voorbij, aangezien zijn Gmail-account aan het gehackte Hotmail-account was gekoppeld.
"Ik kan Hotmail gewoon niet meer vertrouwen. En wat nog erger is, is dat niet alleen mijn webmail is gehackt, maar mijn Xbox login, die mijn creditcardgegevens bevat en de login voor mijn computer. Omdat Windows 8 je praktisch dwingt om in te loggen met je Windows Live/Hotmail details om toegang tot functies zoals de Metro Store, synchronisatie en SkyDrive te hebben."
Wachtwoord Het is onduidelijk hoe de aanvaller toegang tot het account heeft gekregen. Microsoft patchte op vrijdag 20 april een zeer ernstig beveiligingslek in Hotmail, dat op 6 april was gerapporteerd. In de tussentijd hebben aanvallers misbruik van de kwetsbaarheid gemaakt om Hotmail-accounts over te nemen.
Of deze methode is gebruikt om het account te kapen staat niet vast. Het enige wat wel zeker is, is dat Collins een zwak wachtwoord gebruikte. Hij verklaart dat hij een wachtwoord van zeven kleine letters gebruikte dat niet in het woordenboek voorkomt, maar deels acroniem en deels zelfstandig naamwoord is. De e-mail heeft als onderwerp 'Onbekende transacties betwisten' en is afkomstig van het e-mailadres nobody@opus35.register.it. In het bericht wordt gesteld dat gebruikers onbekende transacties kunnen aanmerken. Daarvoor moet de ontvanger een stappenplan volgen, dat begint met het inloggen op de website van International Card Services (ICS).
De link in de e-mail wijst echter naar de domeinnaam http://xx.abnamro-ics.com/icssupport/, die op het moment van schrijven nog actief is. Op deze pagina wordt gevraagd om kaartnummer, naam, CVV-code, vervaldatum, geboortedatum, bankrekeningnummer, postcode en huisnummer.
Het stappenplan vraagt gebruikers om online in te loggen en vervolgens een document te printen. Dat document moet worden opgestuurd naar het echte adres van ICS. Het is de tweede aanval op klanten van ICS in korte tijd, vorige week ging er ook een phishingmail rond met het onderwerp 'verleende toestemming'.

Green Hell: Breeding Suffering and Death for Profit
On April 28, in Montichiari Italy, at 16: 15, in broad daylight, amidst a crowd of over 1,000 protestors, the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) of Italy broke into the compound of Green Hill laboratory animal breeders and liberated 27 beagles. It was a bold, brazen, defiant, act; but it was also risky and dangerous. And while some (animal) prisoners were freed, other (human) prisoners were taken. To understand their motivation, one must understand the banality of evil that unfolds day after day, hidden from sight, in the grim buildings of Green Hill.
Green Hill breeders is owned by an American firm, Marshall BioResources. Marshall is the largest breeder of dogs for the vivisection industry in the world, and one of its standard “products” is the “Marshall beagle” Not known for compassion or mercy for the innocent and defenseless, beagles are singled out for sadistic violence by the vivisection industry precisely because they are so loving, kind, and docile. with the purchase of Green Hill as the European headquarters and the construction of a huge farm in China, Marshall is pursuing a plan of expansion and market monopoly. "Marshall BioResources provides purpose bred beagles, mongrels, hounds, ferrets and Gottingen minipigs for biomedical research worldwide."
Another Victim of Vivisection: Medical Progress in the 21st Century

Green Hill is a facility that breeds dogs and other animals as the raw materials for vivisection laboratories to experiment on, to torture, and then to kill once their purposes have been served. Like every other breeder and supplier, Green Hill therefore prospers from misery and thrives on death. It exploits mothers to breed babies, which it then take away to torture and kill. Green Hill is the largest beagle breeding facility in Europe, and is currently estimated to have at least 2,500 adult dogs and countless litters of puppies-5,000 dog on site. The prisoners of Green Hill live in cages, row upon row, all enclosed in buildings devoid of open space, fresh air, and natural light. This is but a purgatory for the hell of laboratories awaiting them.
Each month more than 250 dogs are shipped to clients that include universities, pharmaceutical companies, and chemical testing giants including the notorious Huntingdon Life Sciences, one of the largest laboratory torture centers in Europe. As a special service to its customers, Green Hill will cut or remove the vocal cords of dogs so that vivisectors never have to hear the cries of their victims.
Blitz Green Hill!
On April 28, a 1000 people from across northern Italy converged on Green Hill, entering the compound after evading a cordon of police. Some activists had been there before, when, on October 14, 2011, a small group of Italian activists occupied the roof of the beagle delivery unit at Green Hill.

Dozens of protesters broke through or climbed over a steel fence, entered the property, infiltrated one of the breeding kennels, and grabbed 1 adult female beagle and about 30 puppies. The dogs were handed over the fence to the loving hands of waiting comrades, to be taken to loving volunteer homes, creating one of the most remarkable pictures of resistance in some time. Some protesters stated, however, that “all the animals had a strong smell of urine, and one puppy about 8 months old, has an incision that runs the full length of his abdomen,” an obvious sign it had already been experimented on.
While the dogs were rushed away, police broke through the barricade of protesters and arrested 12 activists. On April 30, the Green Hill 12 were released, as they await trial for “robbery” and whatever charges the vivisection industry and state throws at them. For now, they have only been ordered to stay out of Montichiari for two years.
Police also recaptured 3 puppies, brought them to various stations, and called Green Hill to arrange their return to the hell from which they enjoyed only a brief reprieve. Green Hill, however, responded that they had no use for the animals, given possible contamination once removed from their isolation in sterile laboratory cages. It appears, however, that they did take the animals, who for all intents and purposes are again targeted for torture and death.
While speciesist institutions and the law may define animals as nothing but property and resources to exploit for any purposes, clearly the more than two dozen dogs shuttled out of Green Hill were liberated, not stolen, as they were no one’s to own in the first place. The only thieves in this scenario own, operate, and labor for the vivisection-industrial complex. This nefarious institution initiates life only to end it in death, it steals babies from mothers, it takes away every pleasure or satisfaction that is animals’ inherent right to enjoy.
A Watershed Action
Despite the arrest of a dozen activists, and return of 7 or so dogs to death row, it would be absurd to criticize the action of April 28, 2012 as a “failure, “counter-productive,” or even as “violent” (!) — as “animal advocate” victims of the Stockholm Syndrome and pacifists who speak in the voice of the State superego would argue (see for instance, the ignorance paraded on the HSUS Genesis Awards forum: (http://genesisawards.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=7833). Tell 27 dogs who will never again be tortured and will now come to know joy rather than misery, freedom rather than slavery, that the action was a “failure” or error. Tell it to the Green Hill 12, all of whom knew the risks they were taking and will now assume the responsibility, as they have also earned world respect and merit full and constant support.
No, the April 28 raid on Green Hill was a clear victory and qualitatively advanced the Italian direct action tradition a giant leap forward. More generally, along with amazing Chinese activists who repeatedly have stopped trucks carrying hundreds of dogs to the slaughterhouse in order to liberate their captives, they have inspired countless thousands of people throughout the world. All those involved in this action have put the resistance and fighting spirit back into the meaning of animal rights, which means those who advocate for animals have a solemn DUTY to actively LIBERATE them by any means necessary.
Italian liberationists have awoken a pacified movement which has lost its nerve and cowers in fear of state repression for advancing the general cause of freedom and the struggle for moral progress. They have shed a critical light on the vivisection industry and no doubt have raised consciousness of the horrors and fraud of animal experimentation to a worldwide audience of people blissfully ignorant of the suffering and death that goes into every product, noxious chemical, and drug tested for market sales. They have reminded us what it is to be bold, they have breathed life back into a moribund movement that the planet and all its life forms cannot survive without.
This Green Hill beagle is now safe and will never again be hated and tortured, only loved and comforted.

Sehr geehrte Exzellenzen,
Tansania ist ein faszinierendes Land, geprägt durch freundliche Menschen, reiche Naturschätze, eine hohe Biodiversität in vielfältigen und weltweit einmaligen Ökosystemen von extremem Wert. Vor allem auch für den wichtigen Wirtschaftszweig des Tourismus. Ich freue mich über die demokratischen und wirtschaftlichen Fortschritte, die das Land im letzten Jahrzehnt gemacht hat. Als Freund(in) Tansanias begleite ich diese Entwicklung wohlwollend, aber auch kritisch.
Mit Sorge verfolge ich die Hafenbaupläne der Regierung in der Mwambani Bucht. Die Pläne wurden entgegen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften ohne Beteiligung der von Enteignung betroffenen Bevölkerung in der Mwambani-Bucht und der Hafennutzer ausgearbeitet. Selbst das zuständigen National Environment Management Council (NEMC) wurde nicht in den Entscheidungsprozess mit einbezogen. Eine unabhängige Einschätzung von Experten der Schifffahrtslinien und Hafennutzer kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass ein Hafenneubau in der Mwambani Bucht wirtschaftlich nicht sinnvoll ist. Stattdessen empfehlen sie den Ausbau und verbessertes Management des schon vorhandenen Hafens in Tanga. Dieser verfügt bereits über eine geeignete Infrastruktur und ließe sich mit einem geringen Bruchteil der Kosten erweitern und erheblich verbessern.
Zudem führte die TPA bisher keine rechtlich vorgeschriebene Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung für den Hafenbau in der Mwambani Bucht durch. Die Realisierung des Baus würde das 2009 eingerichtete Meeresschutzgebiet für die geschützten Quastenflosser negativ beeinflussen und deren Schutzstatus erheblich verletzen. Für den Ausbau des geplanten Tiefseehafens müssen die Korallenriffe, Mangroven- und Küstenwälder der Bucht großflächig zerstört werden. Diese Ökosysteme sind sehr artenreich und haben eine immens wichtige Funktion für die Fischerei und den Tourismus. Insbesondere die vor der Mwambani Bucht gefundene Population der Quastenflosser ist vom Hafenbau bedroht. Diese extrem seltene Fischart steht auf der roten Liste der vom Aussterben bedrohten Arten und genießt daher einen besonders hohen Schutzstatus unter CITES I.
In Verbindung mit dem geplanten Hafenbau kam es bereits zu unrechtmässigen Vertreibungen der ansässigen Bevölkerung, insbesondere des Dorfes Ndumi von der Halbinsel Ras Nyamakuu. Die rechtlich vorgeschriebenen Entschädigungen für den Verlust des Landes und der Häuser wurden nur zu einem kleinen Teil geleistet. Den teilweise neuangesiedelten Bewohnern von Ndumi droht jetzt eine zweite Vertreibung, und benachbarte Dörfer sind ebenfalls von Enteignungen für den Hafenbau bedroht. Dieses Vorgehen verstößt gegen geltendes Landrecht in Tansania.
Angesichts der dargestellten intransparenten Entscheidungsprozesse, der sie begleitenden korrupten Landspekulation und der umfangreichen Rechtsverstöße im Zusammenhang mit dem geplanten Hafenbau fordere ich Sie auf:
– Vom Hafenbau in der Mwambani Bucht abzusehen und stattdessen die von Experten vorgeschlagenen Alternativen zu prüfen.
– Den Schutzstatus des Meeresschutzgebietes Tanga Coelacanth Marine Park (TACMP) in der Mwambani Bucht zu respektieren und zu gewährleisten.
– Die drohende Vertreibung und Enteignung der lokalen Bevölkerung abzuwenden und die bereits von Enteignungen betroffenen Familien angemessen zu entschädigen.

Your Excellencies,
it is with great concern that I am observing the TPA plans for building a harbour at the Mwambani Bay. Although legally required, no environmental impact assessment has been conducted so far. Implementing these plans would infringe the conservation status of the Marine Protected Area (MPA) established in 2009. The population of coelacanths found at the Mwambani Bay would quite certainly not survive the harbour construction. However, this fish is classified on the Red List of Threatened Species as being highly endangered and therefore should be protected by particularly careful conservation measures. Having ratified the international CITES treaty, Tanzania has committed itself to the conservation of highly endangered species.
In order to construct the planned deepwater port, coral reefs, mangroves and coastal forests along the bay would have to be destroyed. These ecosystems are very species-rich and prevent flooding.
Contrary to common democratic practices, plans for harbour construction were made without prior consultation of the local population or other competent authorities. Not even the responsible agency in charge, the National Environment Management Council (NEMC), was involved in the decision-making process. An independent assessment conducted by these authorities shows that the construction of a new port at Mwambani Bay is not even economically reasonable. Instead, they recommend the development of the existing port in Tanga. Here an appropriate infrastructure is already available.
Associated to the construction plans, unrightful displacement of local people has already taken place. The promised compensations for their loss of homes and land were only partially paid. More inhabitants of the surrounding villages are threatened by expulsion due to the construction of the harbour. This procedure violates existing Tanzanian land rights.
In the light of the outlined non-transparent decision-making processes and the extensive violations of the law connected to the planned construction of this port I ask you
– to dismiss the plans for the construction of a port at Mwambani Bay and rather take into account the alternatives presented by experts.
– to respect and ensure the conservation status of the coelacanth and the Marine Protected Area (MPA) at the Mwambani Bay
– to put an end to the repression of the local people and to compensate already expropriated families in due manner.
Al jarenlang verdwijnen grote hoeveelheden honingbijen in de Verenigde Staten en in Europa op onverklaarbare wijze. Het patroon is steeds hetzelfde – de ene dag is een bijenkast gevuld met bijen, de volgende dag is de kast leeg – van de bijen is geen spoor meer te bekennen. Niet alleen een mysterie – ook een groot probleem voor de landbouw die van de bijen afhankelijk is voor bestuiving en bevruchting van gewassen. Zonder bijen geen appels bijvoorbeeld.

Dit was voer voor samenzweringsdenkers – zou het verdwijnen van de bijen een bedoeld of onbedoeld effect zijn van het geheime chemtrail-programma van de overheid? Chemtrails zijn volgens de complotdenkers de witte strepen achter vliegtuigen, dit zouden geen normale condenssporen van de uitlaat van de vliegtuigmotoren zijn, maar sporen van chemicaliën die over ons worden uitgespoten. Een voorbeeld van zo’n theorie vind jehier (scroll naar beneden tot het plaatje van een bij op een bloem), ook de video hieronder is een voorbeeld. Op het internet is een zeer levendige gedachtenwisseling over vliegtuigen die chemicaliën over ons uitstorten. Er zijn plaatjes van witte strepen achter vliegtuigen en van spuitinstallaties op en in vliegtuigen. In werkelijkheid is er geen enkel concreet bewijs dat vliegtuigen chemicaliën over ons uitstorten. De witte strepen achter vliegtuigen zijn niets anders dan condensatiesporen. De foto hiernaast is vermoedelijk het resultaat van creatief fotoshoppen.
In ieder geval is nu duidelijk dat het bijensterven niet wordt veroorzaakt door chemtrails. Er is namelijk een doodnormale verklaring gevonden voor het verdwijnen van de bijenvolken. Het is een tot nu toe onbekende combinatie van ziekteverwekkers. In het internet-tijdschrijft PlosOne verscheen hierover kort geleden een artikel. In de New York Times van 7 oktober 2010 stond naar aanleiding van deze publicatie een interessant artikel waarin de spannende zoektocht naar de ziekteverwekker wordt beschreven, klik hier(inloggenis misschien nodig).
Een onderdeeltje van de chemtrail samenzweringstheorie is dus ontmaskerd. Er wordt veel energie en overtuigingskracht in de chemtrail theorieën gestoken. Een goed voorbeeld is deze uiterst gelikte video (ongeveer 95.000 keer bekeken!) die helemaal is gewijd aan het verdwijnen van de bijenvolkeren in de VS. Wie geen scherm ziet, klikt hier.
Je kunt je afvragen wat het helpt dat deze samenzweringstheorie is ontmaskerd. Wellicht hoor je op het Skepsis congres op 13 novemberover samenzweringstheorieën het antwoord.

We are addressing Dean of Faculty of Vets Cairo University to stop immediately the practise, already Chairperson of Animal Welfare federation of Egypt addressed the Dean, who said he would start interrogation immediately, we demand: stop experimenting on animals, please support our cause"
Wie kent ze niet, die witte strepen die door vliegtuigen achtergelaten worden en uren blijven hangen op vrijwel dezelfde plek en uiteindelijk uitwaaieren om te verworden tot een soort onnatuurlijke sluierbewolking. Zo worden ze dan ook steevast genoemd door onze weermannen en vrouwen. Alle meldingen van de afgelopen tientallen jaren van burgers aan overheid, weermensen, deskundigen, werden weggewuifd alsof de mensen spoken zagen.
Het zijn gewoon normale vliegtuigstrepen die toevallig wat langer blijven hangen omdat ze zich in hogere en daarmee koudere luchtlagen bevinden. Al het andere was onzin, complottheorie en indianenverhalen. Zoals altijd blijkt later, meestal als er al onherstelbare schade is aangericht, dat die oplettende burgers het wel degelijk goed zagen. Ongetwijfeld zal nu het touwtrekken beginnen of de stoffen die ze in de atmosfeer pompen wel dan niet schadelijk zijn voor de volksgezondheid. Het hoge woord is er in elk geval uit. Chemtrails bestaan en ze worden bewust gesproeid om de ook al twijfelachtige opwarming van de Aarde door toedoen van CO2 af te remmen of zelfs te nivileren.
Nu is mijn vraag;
Mag een overheid, welke overheid dan ook, haar burgers ongevraagd blootstellen aan chemische stoffen?
Ik ga het antwoord er maar meteen op geven. neen, natuurlijk niet. Wanneer mij iets toegediend zou moeten worden dan heeft wie dan ook mijn toestemming hiervoor nodig. Kletspraat over een groter belang, de opwarming van de Aarde tegen gaan, is niet relevant.
Parallel aan het fenomeen chemtrails hebben wij longafdelingen van ziekenhuzien een gigantische groei zien maken. Kinderen hebben vandaag de dag zo vaak last van of astma, copd en andere luchtwegaandoeningen, dat het verband snel gelegd is. Let er zelf maar eens op. Op sproeidagen klagen heel veel mensen over een vervelende hoets die maar niet weg wilt, pijn op de borst, een vreemde geur in de lucht, last van de luchtwegen, etc.etc. Soms merken complete schoolklasjes dat er iets niet goed is en worden meerdere kinderen gelijktijdig misselijk wanneer ze buiten spelen tijdens het heftige sproeien.

A campaign against Canine Killer Donal O’Leary has just kicked off on the Wayne State University campus where a protest is in progress at the Gullen Mall.

O’Leary is a “researcher” who buys dogs that have been rescued by pounds through Class B dealers and proceeds to mercilessly torture them to death. We are currently working on getting the Wayne County District Attorney to file criminal animal abuse charges against him.
In October, this vivisecting parasite had the courts issue him a Personal Protection Order against Camille Marino to compel her to remove his information from the NIO website and thereby surrender her First Amendment Rights. Marino was vocal in her disgust for him and, apparently, the judge in the case — who happens to be a Wayne State alum (!) — conspired with O’Leary to silence her. In conjunction with the PPO, Wayne State banned Camille from campus.
Please note that until they had her arrested at a University of Florida protest on February 4, jailed for a month, and extradited to Detroit in early March, she had never set foot in the state of Michigan. She has since been out on bond awaiting trial on June 18 where she will challenge three counts of criminal contempt. Her attorneys, Matt Savich and Michael Cafferty, will argue that the PPO was issued in violation of Marino’s First Amendment rights because her speech in question is Constitutionally-protected.

In conjunction with our protest, Camille made a surprise appearance on the WS campus today and locked herself down to a building in bold violation of her bond and in active defiance of the Wayne State ban and the PPO. O’Leary has afforded her a degree of media attention and we all intend to fully exploit it and direct it squarely back at his blood-soaked visage and sociopathic “science.” Abusers fear exposure and we are all more than happy to provide it.
In a statement issued moments ago regarding her lockdown and rejection of a court order to stay off WSU campus, meaning probable imprisonment in Detroit until her court date six weeks away, Marino said:
“I am wholly aware of what I am doing and the potential consequences on my defiant actions. I enthusiastically assume whatever risk is necessary to tear down the walls of secrecy behind which abusers murder in peaceful anonymity. It’s time for activists to rise up and bring the war to the enemy’s doorsteps. It is time to disobey and defy unjust laws and stop tolerating the intolerable. It’s time to put words into action and our freedom and bodies on the line.”
When we are repressed and silenced, the only response is to escalate our struggle and to get louder. O’Leary wanted our attention and now he’s got it, along with more scrutiny and criticism of his heinous “research” than ever before.
