Hallo bloggertjes,

In deze dagen gaan mijn gedachten veel uit naar de minstbedeelde in ons land, maar ook over de hele wereld. Mijn kerstwens is dat er voor deze mensen ook eens wat geluk mag komen, dat zij het ook nog eens zo goed zullen krijgen als wij het hier toch hebben....

Deze hierna volgende woorden moet je toch eens lezen .

IK ZAL BLIJVEN HOPEN

Zolang er mensen zijn
Die leven vanuit een diepe huivering
Voor het leed van anderen
Zal ik blijven hopen.

Zolang er mensen zijn
Die hun slaap laten
Voor het onrecht in de wereld
Zal ik blijven vechten

Zolang er mensen zijn
Die macht en aanzien weigeren
Om broos naast anderen te staan
Zal ik blijven liefhebben.

Zolang er priesters zijn
Die kiezen voor het echte evangelie
Met mensen aan de basis
Zal ik blijven geloven.

Zolang er ouders zijn
Die met hun kinderen praten
In open luisterbereidheid
Zal ik blijven opvoeden.

Zolang er armen zijn
Die me binnen laten in de rijkdom
Van het vertrapte volk
Zal ik me blijven inzetten.

Zolang er ruimte bestaat
Voor vergeving en opnieuw beginnen
Bekennen en bekering
Zal ik anders gaan leven.

Zolang ik blijf geloven
Dat God aan mijn eindstreep wacht
En me die vaderzoen zal geven
Zal ik blijven leven.
