the weapon historians of this movie were awful, murmilo shields were large, curved, rectangular shields that looked NOTHING like what Spartacus in the movie was using. I cant think of 1 type of gladiator that would use that little piece of shit, its even unfit for a Hoplomachus, not to mention, murmilo didn't face retiarii, but a similar gladiator to the murmilo, the secutor would. Not to mention, after watching the modern Spartacus, it has ruined any possibility of any other. Best show ever! / hey10674
