"I've been doing this CrossFit thing," said Ross. "I refer to it as RossFit. We had started doing it this past year. Probably the most I did previously do for exercise was stand up to count the cash, guess what happens I'm saying?"
Rick, an old couch potato, said he actually enjoys his high-intensity CrossFit training. "It's a different sort of workout,"he said. "I feel great."
Ross, 38, also modified his diet, and began eating less junk and much more fruit. He explained he stills eats the way he used to, however in modest amounts. And he makes exercise a high priority. "I eat pears now and st like that," he explained. "I still eat the way I wish to eat. I simply visit the gym."
Rick chose to take control of his health after having suffered two seizures in one day back in 2011. The seizures, which occurred on two separate airplane flights, left him unconscious, and CPR was essential to revive him.
Ross doesn't have a particular weight-loss goal, but is proud of his progress. "It was just here we are at me to firm up a bit," he explained. "I have no destination, no specific weight [goal]."
