On a separate segment, Dr. Oz welcomed Extra Tv host Mario Lopez, who discussed his memoir, "Just Between Us." Lopez said he just turned 40 and is very mindful of following a nutritious diet and working out regularly to stay healthy.

Lopez told Dr. Oz he recently tore his rotator cuff during a boxing workout and it has been depressed since the injury causes it to be hard to do everyday things like wash his hair. Dr. Oz said the rotator cuff should heal over time so long as it's not completely torn.
