The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor.

Unidentified Aerial Phenomena sightings were reported over: California, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

Sightings of UFOs were also reported in: Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Rumania, England in the United Kingdom, and US Virgin Islands.

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research.

 I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO's are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

US Got Technology from Extraterrestrials

Don Phillips was in the Air Force at Las Vegas’ Nellis Air Force Base during an event when UFOs were seen moving at enormous speeds near Mt. Charleston, northwest of Las Vegas. In addition, he worked with Kelly Johnson at the Lockheed Skunkworks -- on design and construction of the U-2 and SR-71 Blackbird. He testifies that we not only have these extraterrestrial devices, but have also achieved tremendous technological advances from their study. He states that in the 1950's and 1960's, NATO did research into the origin of ET races, and disseminated reports to the leaders of various countries. He lists a few of the technologies we were able to develop because of ETs: computer chips, lasers, night vision, and bulletproof vests. "Fukushima Radiation the Biggest Ticking Time Bomb in Human History”

TEPCO will as early as this week begin removing 400 tonnes of highly
irradiated spent fuel in a hugely delicate and unprecedented operation fraught
with risk. Carefully plucking more than 1,500 brittle and potentially damaged
fuel assemblies from the plant’s unstable Reactor No. 4 is expected to take
about a year. If the rods – there are 50-70 in each of the assemblies, which
weigh around 300 kg (660 pounds) and are 4.5 meters (15 feet) long – are exposed to air or if they break, huge amounts of radioactive gases could be released into the atmosphere. On November 12, TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) disclosed that there were three fuel assemblies in the Spent Fuel Pool of Reactor 4 that were deformed and would be difficult to remove. Nov. 13, 2013: According to TEPCO, one of the damaged fuel assemblies is bent at
a 90-degree angle [literal meaning: bent in the shape of a Japanese character ""; actual angle could be less]. It was bent 25 years ago when a mistake occurred in handling the fuel. The other two were found to be damaged 10 years ago; there are small holes on the outside from foreign objects. Professor Hiroaki Koide, Kyoto University Reactor Research Institute, Welcome to Fukushima states, (2013): “In the fuel pool of Reactor No. 4 there is still 4,000 times the amount of fuel in Hiroshima. Even now there are still aftershocks at Fukushima. If there is a big shock and the pool is destroyed, there will be 10 times more contamination in the atmosphere than now.”

     The Fukushima Crisis comes to the U.S. — “New and improved version of
the original atomic plague is spreading”; The truth is so incomprehensible it’s
easier to pretend it doesn’t exist. All I can do is pray that nothing goes wrong," said Yasuro Kawai, a former plant engineer who now heads a group that is independently monitoring the decommissioning process.

 Fukushima Radiation Arrives in Alaska

 The catastrophe at the Fukushima nuclear power plant appears to be ongoing,
and Alaska now has become part of the story. Scientists at the University of Alaska are concerned about radiation leaking from Japan's damaged Fukushima
nuclear plant, and the lack of a  monitoring plan. “Some radiation has arrived in Northern Alaska and along the West Coast. That’s raised concern over
contamination of fish and wildlife. More may be heading toward coastal communities” It’s past time for the world to step in because this problem now is
riding on the wind and the tides to places far from Fukushima. Five million tons of debris was washed into the Pacific Ocean during the tsunami that is now reaching Canadian and US shores.

Hannah Spector, Ph.D., at Penn Statereports, “One of the problems we
ace with radioactive fallout from Fukushima is the lack of information coming from “experts.” Indeed, there has been a global media blackout, a “deadly silence on Fukushima” (Norris, 2011) Science still does not have the technological or methodological understanding to clean up the disaster (Magwood, 2012) which has leaked into the Pacific Ocean and spread throughout the northern hemisphere by way of wind and rain. This invisible truth is so incomprehensible that it is easier to pretend it doesn’t exist. A new and improved version of the original atomic plague is spreading across the planet through earth, air, fire, and water – yet it cannot be seen, heard, tasted,

International Space Station (ISS) Spots UFO

I was looking at the ISS live cam and captured this unusual large UFO near the ISS on November 12, 2013. I would estimate from its size that it's about 500 meters away from the ISS and could easily be as large as the space station itself. The simple fact that this glowing UFO was visible so long, over 1 minute, and then vanished behind the ISS shows us that the object is between the Earth and the space station and is not a reflection on the window of the ISS. This confirms without a doubt that something was out there. The UFO seems to have four round glowing parts to it. The ISS was on the dark side of the Earth and the UFO was between the ISS and Earth itself. The astronauts were actually talking just two minutes before and after, but it was about fixing the air-conditioning on the ISS. Thanks to Scott C. Waring at UFO Sightings Daily.

Lockheed Martin Discloses Work on SR-72 Mach 6 Aircraft

Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works is developing an unmanned hypersonic strike aircraft called the SR-72 that's designed to travel at six times the speed of sound—twice the speed of the company's famed SR-71 Blackbird surveillance airplane. "Hypersonic aircraft, coupled with hypersonic missiles, could penetrate denied airspace and strike at nearly any
location across a continent in less than an hour," said Brad Leland, Lockheed Martin's hypersonics program manager. "Speed is the next aviation advancement to counter emerging threats in the next several
decades. The technology would be a game-changer in theater, similar to how stealth is changing the battlespace today," he said. For the past
several years, Skunk Works and Aerojet Rocketdyne have been developing a method to integrate an off-the-shelf turbine engine with a supersonic combustion ramjet to power the SR-72 from standstill to Mach 6, states the release. The SR-72 design leverages the company's work on DARPA's Falcon program, which flight tested the rocket-launched Hypersonic Technology Vehicle 2. Thanks to Lockheed Martin

 Mexico Alien Disc Crashed and Dead Bodies

 COYAME MEXICO -- At 2207 hours, two US Air Defense radars detected an unknown object approaching US airspace from the Gulf of Mexico on August 25, 1974, flying at 2,530 MPH on a bearing of 325 degrees and at an altitude of 75,000 feet. It would intercept US territory about forty miles southwest of Corpus Christi, Texas. After sixty seconds of observation, at a position 155 miles southeast of Corpus Christi, the object decelerated to 1,955 MPH, turned to a heading of 290 degrees, and began a slow descent. It entered Mexican airspace forty miles south of Brownsville, Texas and radar tracked it 500 miles to a point near the town of Coyame, in the state of Chihuahua, not far from the US border. There the object suddenly disappeared from the radar screens. During the flight over Mexican airspace the object descended to 20,000 feet. The descent was in level steps, not a smooth curve or straight line, and each level was maintained for about five minutes.
The point of disappearance from the radar screens was over a barren and sparsely populated area of Northern Mexico and did not re-emerge. The CIA immediately began forming a recovery team. The speed with which this team and its equipment was assembled suggests that this was either a well-rehearsed exercise or one that had been performed prior to this event. 

 n the meantime, requests were initiated at the highest levels between the  United States and Mexican governments that the US recovery team be allowed onto Mexican territory to "assist." These requests were met with a flat refusal of any cooperation.  By 21:00 hours, August 26, 1974, the recovery team had
assembled and been staged at Fort Bliss. Several unmarked helicopters were flown in. Eye witness indicates that there were three smaller craft, very probably UH l Hueys and possibly a larger Sea Stallion. Satellite and aircraft over flight that day indicated that both the crashed disk and the civilian aircraft had been removed from the crash sites and loaded on flat bed trucks. Later flights confirmed that the convoy had departed the area heading south. The best description of the disk was that it was sixteen feet, five inches in
diameter, convex on both upper and lower surfaces to the same degree,
possessing no visible doors or windows. The thickness was slightly less than five feet. The color was silver, much like polished steel. Unfortunately what caused the deaths of the Mexican recovery team is not known.
Speculation ranges from a chemical released from the disk as a result of the
damage, to a microbiological agent. There are no indications of death or illness

Tame the Tornados with Cloud Seeding

 I send my condolences to the families of those who died in Illinois and the Midwest when 75 tornadoes erupted on Sunday
November 17, 2013. One tornado traveled 45 miles with destruction almost a mile wide. Additionally billions of dollars damage occurred destroying hundreds of
homes and businesses. I suggest tornados should be studied and a scientific advisory committee developed to stop them from forming. Our Air Force should be fighting the tornadoes to save lives and homes. According to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, tornadoes form when the winds inside a thunderstorm begin blowing in different directions. Warm air from the South interacts with cold air causing a wind shear that causes the clouds to begin to rotate. If that rotation is then caught in the large updraft caused by a super cell storm, the spinning tightens and begins to form a funnel. Initially, the tornado has a good source of warm, moist inflow to power it. Once the funnel is formed, rain and hail causes the funnel cloud to extend towards the ground, causing a tornado.

We know this movement of air can be tracked by Doppler weather radar and is
likely the key to defeating the formation of the Tornado. The radar hook echo is one of the classic hallmarks of tornado-producing super cell thunderstorms as seen on weather radar. The echo is produced by rain, hail, or
even debris being wrapped around the super cell. The National Weather Service considers the presence of a hook echo as sufficient to
justify issuing a tornado warning since it is recognized as a sign of tornado development.

The basic plan would be to spread silver iodide agents or dry ice to form millions of microscopic ice crystals cooling the warmer air. Surplus Harvard aircraft were fitted with racks under each wing containing 32 railroad fuses that were impregnated with silver iodide. These were ignited individually or all at once, depending upon the threat. In coordination with ground units, the aircraft would lay a plume of silver iodide
in front of approaching cumulonimbus clouds (CBs) with noticeable effect. Large,
active CBs were reduced to nothing. Heavy hail storms were greatly reduced in
intensity.I suggest research and large amounts of silver iodide, or other chemicals dumped into critical areas of the clouds could defeat the formation of the tornado since they are effective in changing the physical chemistry of super
cooled clouds.

We could make it rain in Vietnam on enemy roads, so the Air Force has more capability in weather control than the public realizes. Three C-130 Hercules aircraft and two F-4C Phantom aircraft based at Udorn Air Force Base Thailand flew two sorties per day on weather reconnaissance missions and cloud seeding.

This knowledge coupled with the study of tornados could lead to calming of the tornado threat. A fraction of the money spent in faraway places with strange sounding names could save American lives and enhance the Air Force image. Bases with aircraft already exist in Illinois and the Midwest.
