I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force and Prince Phillip told me of his personal interest in UFOs. The US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

INGO SWANN’S REMOTE VIEW OF THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON

Author Ingo Swann told us of his involvement with a secret government agency while he was staying overnight at my house with a dozen other UFO researchers. Ingo Swann is one of the more important historical figures in the U.S. government-funded efforts to investigate the phenomenon known as “remote viewing.” His participation in highly classified research is now public knowledge and not disputed. Unfortunately Ingo has passed on he was born September 14, 1933 and died January 31, 2013, but he has left several enjoyable books.

Ingo Swann worked with The Stanford Research Institute, SRI, and many government agencies for years. Swann’s journey into the world of the bizarre began when he volunteered in 1971 to be a human guinea pig for an ESP research project at the Stanford Research Institute. He expected to be “used and tossed aside” after just a few weeks of being tested for telepathic ability. But apparently Swann displayed some genuine PSI moxy, and so was launched into a life-long journey that drew him into the frightening, clandestine world of CIA operatives, UFO research, conspiracy theories, and more.

Swann was the first psychic employed in the CIA’s remote viewing program that began in 1975: that was called Project Star Gate. Swann’s success rate was so impressive that by 1975, he was recruited by a covert government operative, “Mr. Axelrod” to spy on extraterrestrials as well as the Soviets.

Swann’s remote viewing was confirmed by Kit Green who sent Swan a book by George Leonard describing similar structures he viewed on the moon using photographic analysis of NASA images. The success of Swann and Project Star Gate in delivering accurate remote viewing data to intelligence agencies quickly led to military agencies asking Swann to develop the necessary protocol for training military remote viewers. He then became the instructor for a team of Remote Viewers. Swann’s involvement with the covert activities of “Mr. Axelrod” provides valuable evidence on extraterrestrials living among us. He even taught us some of the basic concepts.

In one incident, Swan told us he was taken by Axelrod to a remote location, thought to be Alaska, where they traveled to an Alaskan lake to view UFO activity. The goal was for Swann to psychically gain information on what the extraterrestrials were doing at what appeared to be a secret UFO base. Swann described in detail an incident involving a UFO coming in from space, expanding in size from a tiny basketball sized object into a large triangular vehicle. It then drew water from the lake and flew off into space. He was asked what they were doing? He shrugged and they quickly left.

Penetration is Mr. Swann’s most riveting book. I gave him information I had collected about flashes, clouds, and other anomalies on the moon. The book banishes the idea that a remote viewer’s life need be dull. This is a story of how badly the government needed to know some information, and to what extent it was willing to go to get it. Ingo revealed some of his most intimate history of his involvement with the government insiders who control much of the countries deepest secrets. Many Presidents and few in Congress and few generals or admirals are let into the deepest secrets of the government.

Using remote viewing of various targets Ingo Swann explored extraterrestrial life. He has interacted with some of the most deeply buried U.S. government intelligence personnel to help them understand the “ET enigma.” Intelligence personnel know we are being visited by extraterrestrial life but wish to know if they are a threat to Earth. This is a nonfiction drama involving elite elements within the U.S. intelligence community wanting to know more about extraterrestrials that they know are operating on and near Earth. From Swann’s perspective, UFOs and extraterrestrials exist, and a select few in the U.S. government knows about them. He was given permission to tell the reader his findings. The government only wants deniability.

“Penetration”: The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy” by Ingo Swann. He worked with The Stanford Research Institute, SRI, and many government agencies for years.  Swann told us he was contacted by a “highly important man in Washington D.C.” who told him to expect a phone call from a mysterious individual. Swann was to “do whatever he asked, and to ask no questions.” Four weeks later the call came at three in the morning, jolting Swann out of his sleep: Swann was ordered to go to the Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C. He was met there by two contacts that whisked him away in a car, put a hood over his head, and flew him by helicopter to an unknown location. He was taken underground in an elevator. In a small room in this underground base, Swann was asked to use his remote viewing skills to probe certain coordinates on the moon. Swann is surprised when his remote viewing reveals a robust alien operation of some sort on the moon, complete with large building structures and humanoid aliens who appear to be engaged in a mining operation. He was able to watch for awhile but the aliens determined he was viewing them and ordered him to stop.

In his book, Penetration, he stated the extraterrestrials were able to breathe unaided, thereby suggesting an atmosphere on the moon. What’s odd is that the spies seem to already know about the alien moon base. The spooks paid Swann $1,000 a day, and after a couple days, sent him home with dire warning to say absolutely nothing of the whole adventure for 10 years.

Ingo felt it was very clear that our government is very much intimidated by these ETs. We know that NASA has not been welcome on the Moon for a long time now.  He said, to the government agents “they somehow have told you to stay away and somehow shown you they mean it, these ETs are NOT friendly are they?” Swann also described his encounter with an alien in a Los Angeles supermarket and confirms that ET civilization has been infiltrating the Earth in humanoid bodies. Swann’s friends warn him: “There are a lot of them you know, and many of them are bio-androids and they realize that Earth psychics are their only enemies.”

I had a similar meeting of a likely alien in Nordstrom’s Department Store. I thought to myself this attractive blonde woman is an alien. She looked over at me, apparently picking up my thoughts and ran out of the store. We encouraged Ingo Swann to write this book because it reveals the existence of extraterrestrials and their activities on Earth and the Moon.  Ingo Swann understands the perils and pain of being someone who has had “experiences”.  Many of you, like me, fall into this category. He also talks about the fact that DENIAL of the ETs is a “patent fact. The question is WHY”

The UFO phenomenon is the most complex event in history and it’s great that a few in the government are watching. There is also kind of amnesia about ET and the government even backs movies to show us they could exist.

UFOs in Space

A riveting news article was published in 1980 in the “Sputnik” magazine about the perceptions and experiences of UFOs. This article contains reports from ten Soviet and American astronauts. Only one of these astronauts refused the possibility of UFOs getting in and out of our galaxy.

Russian cosmonaut Yevgeni Vassilyevich Khrunov declared that it’s actually impossible to deny the presence of UFOs, and we should admit that these are more than simple optical illusions, even some of their characteristics like the rapid change of flight course at a 90 degrees angle offers us a lot of food for thought.

Astronaut Ghenadi Strekalov mentioned that he witnessed numerous strange and inexplicable phenomena, but hesitates to classify these events in any way. Still, he described a phenomenon observed on September 28 1980, during his day shift on the Mir space station: a flying sphere above the Earth, at an altitude of 20-30 km, around Newfoundland. The atmosphere was clear and the visibility was perfect, so he could watch for about 10 seconds how the sphere was shifting beautiful vivid colors, and afterwards disappearing almost instantly.

NASA and the Moon

Rumors persist NASA may well be a civilian agency, but many of its programs are funded by the defense budget and most of the astronauts are subject to military security regulations. Apart from the fact that the National Security Agency screens all films and probably radio communications as well. The astronauts were under strict orders not to discuss their sightings.

Here is an extract from the official press-release: “NASA scientists and engineers participating in exploration of Mars and Moon reported results of their discoveries at a briefing at the Washington national press club on March 21, 1996. It was announced for the first time that man-caused structures and objects had been discovered on the Moon.”

Specialist for lunar artifacts Richard Hoagland says that NASA is still trying to veil photo materials before they are published in public catalogues and files, they do retouching or partially refocus them while copying. Some investigators suppose that an extraterrestrial race had used the Moon as a terminal station during their activity on the Earth. Ruins of lunar cities stretched along many kilometers, huge transparent domes  on massive basements, numerous tunnels and other constructions make scientists reconsider their opinions concerning the lunar problems. How the Moon appeared and principles of its revolving around the Earth still pose a great problem for scientists. Some partially destroyed objects on the lunar surface can’t be placed among natural geological formations, as they are of complex organization and geometrical structure. In the upper part of Rima Hadley, not far from the place where the Apollo-15 had landed, a construction surrounded with a tall D-shaped wall was discovered. As of now, different artifacts have been discovered in 44 regions.

Mysterious terrace-shaped excavations of the rock have been discovered near the Tiho crater. The concentric hexahedral excavations and the tunnel entry at the terrace side can’t be results of natural geological processes; instead, they look very much like open cast mines.

A transparent dome raised above the crater edge was discovered near the crater Copernicus. The dome is unusual as it is glowing white and blue from inside. A rather unusual object, which is unusual indeed even for the Moon, was discovered in the upper part of the Factory area. A disk of about 50 meters in diameter stands on a square basement surrounded with rhombi walls. There is a regular rectangular area between Factory and the crater Copernicus which is 300 meters wide 400 meters long.

Apollo 10 astronauts made a unique picture (AS10-32-4822) of a one-mile long object called Castle, which is hanging at the height of 14 kilometers and casts a distinct shadow on the lunar surface. The object seems to be consisting of several cylindrical units and a large conjunctive unit. Internal porous structure of the Castle is clearly seen in one of the pictures, which makes an impression that some parts of the object are transparent.

NASA finally understood what consequences such kind of control could bring. Astronaut Mitchell answered the question about his feelings after a successful return the following: “My neck still aches as I had to constantly turn my head around because we felt we were not alone there. We had no choice but pray.”NASA leadership was awfully annoyed with the great number of anomalous objects on the Moon. Investigators are especially interested in ancient structures resembling partially destroyed cities. The orbital shooting reveals an astonishingly regular geometry of square and rectangular constructions. They resemble our terrestrial cities seen from the height of 5-8 kilometers. A mission control specialist commented on the pictures: “Our guys observed ruins of the Lunar cities, transparent pyramids, domes and God knows what else, which are currently hidden deep inside the NASA safes, What do geologists and scientists say after studying the pictures of lunar cities and other anomalous objects? They say, such objects can’t be natural formations. “We should admit they are artificial, especially the domes and pyramids.” Reasonable activity of an alien civilization showed up unexpectedly close to us. Letter from Reader

In 1988, my uncle told me that he had personally been aware of and involved with the management of the debris that had been brought from Roswell to Wright Field in 1947. My uncle Edward Strieber was indeed, a very honorable man. He spent his career in the Air Force, mostly working in areas that were extremely classified. He was in a position to know what he was talking about, and, as I say, he was an honorable man.

Not only that, he introduced me to his commanding officer and old friend, General Arthur Exxon, who could not have been more frank about alien craft at his base. He stated, and this is a direct quote: “Everyone from the White House on down knew that what we had found was not of this world within 24 hours of our finding it.”
