Morgen 19 NOVEMBER om 1330 land SINTERKLAAS op de ANTWERPSE LUCHTHAVEN om daarna om 14:00 uur met een PRAALSTOET bestaande uit 21 wagens naar BERCHEM te gaan.
Op 21 JUNI 2006 plaatste wij een oproep om de PETITIE ONESEAT te onderschrijven. Op 18 SEPTEMBER 2006 om 1400 werden de 1 miljoen handtekens reeds bekomen
De PETITIE wordt nu overhandigd aan de FINSE EU VOORZITTER om op de dagorde van de EU COUNCIL te plaatsen.
Handtekens zijn nog steeds welkom van de inwoners van de 25 EU lidstaten met 450.000.000 inwoners op de maandelijkse verplaatsing van de 732 MEP in de toekomst af te schaffen welk jaarlijks 200.000.000 kosten van het EP-BUDGET
Deze aanpassing gebeurt niet onmidelijk maar de procedure moet gestart worden om deze aanpassing in de toekomst na de EU verkiezingen in 2009 te doen aanvaarden aan het EP en bij de EU-COUNCIL

4)-The reel MOUNTAIN FLYING as witch I received a special cours, for knowledge and a adapted intense training is the LANDING and TAKE-OFF at the NON PUBLISHED LOCATIONS in the MOUNTAINS

Attachement 1 of ICAO Annex 15 orders top publish in AIP the GEOGRAPHICAL COORDINATES of each RUNWY THRESHOLD in WGS-84.
Chapter 5 point 5.3.1.2 of ICAO Doc 9674 provides that the survey is to be made at the beginning of the PAVED SURFACE
Can whe conclude that UNPAVED RUNWAY are excluded from the in chapter 5 point 5.3.1.2 of ICAO Annexe 15 requirement.

1)- ACI is publishing a list with information on the IMPORTANT AERODROME's in the 25 EU memberstates.
Has IAOPA or any other GENRAL AVIATION involved organisation on the most important AERODROME or AIRFIELDS for the NON CAT operations.
If so pleas transmit ASAP, I will transmit indicating the originator to the EU raporteur involved.
