Also for myself as EU-LOBBYIST wil I have to adapt my 2010 PLANNING since a number of very intresting persons for GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS are now going to change positions or either disapaer at various vital positions in BRUSSELS !!!
The PRESS is speculating on the new two TOP FUNCTIONS
-PRESIDENT of the EU-COUNCIL
-MINISTER of EU-FOREIGN AFFAIRS
but this is only the VISIBLE ADAPTION for THE MEDIA and the GENERAL PUBLIC but NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT
I receive a personel request to give my opinion on the proposal of ICAO to develop a BLACKBOX for GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS in the future, and if in my
opinion this would be a valuable tool to reduce ACCIDENTS in this activity ??

I drawn the attention of some MEP and EXPERTS thad there are also VOLUNTAIRS involved in the daily promotion of the AVIATION world to the YOUNGSTERS and alas older EUROPEAN CITISSENS
