Recently I was informed from som experts of the GREEN in the EP thad a task force via the STOA is formulating a
propsal on AVIATION witch could intrest me:
1)-Limiting the originating of CONTRAILS !!
2)-Prohibiting the use of 100LL in 2012
3) -Mandating TCAS for all AIRCRAFT to avoid MIDAIR COLLISIONS
4)- ELT/PLB (ICAO) for VFR
5)- FLARM for VFR
6)- LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY ( ICAO) for VFR
In function of the POINT 1 have I no reaction
Point 3 seems very PREMATURE for ALL AIRCRAFT ??
HOWEVER;
POINT 2 seems to be in advanced stage meaning thad between 2013 and 2015 this may have some efect
Also because apaerently is TOTAL intending to make 91/96UL avaible in
2011 on the GA/AW AIRFIELDS ??
