    Today i was again present at the TRA in the EP to follow up the proposed adaptions to COM(2005)579 in vieuw to adept the EASA 1592(2002) EU regulation witch was on the agenda on 09/10/2006

    I circulated the  Document with the 4 suggested changes by IAOPA to a number of the MEP and their assistants:

    a UK MEP reported thad a certification witch in the past by UK CAA took 6 weeks and cost 600 £ took by EASA now 6 month an 10.000 £

    A other A/C with a USA STC took initialy 10 month and was solved within 2 day's after assigment to the NATIONAL AUTHORITY

    A number of MEP have the opinion thad the EASA has not the  quailified manpower to do the present assigments.
