As follow up of the BRUSSELS CONFERENCE of 20 SEPTEMBER on the FUTURE of AVIATION REGULATION IN EUROPE the VP COMMISIONAR JACQUES BARROT has decided to create a   "HIGH LEVEL GROUP." ( HLG)

 The TOR : contain 7 TOPICS

 The OBJECTIVE : provide the COMMISION with input for the EU-SES mid term revieuw (ART 12(2) REGULATION (EC)549/2004 by mid-2007 as requested by EP and COUNCIL

 The COMPOSTION: this does not contain any person with knowledge of te NON COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT AIRSPACE USERS nor any person of the SOCIAL DIALOGUE ????
