    The Committee TRAN of the EP was having a dialoog on the amendements to the REGULATION (EC) No 1592/2002 of 15 july 2002 on common rules in the field of CIVIL AVIATIONand establishing a EASA (COM)2005 0579 by Jorg Leichtfried

    There are very strong inputs concerning the EASA and a lot of contradiction in the 75 Ammendements.

    Out of the individual contacts with a number of MEP, EXPERTS and ASSISTANTS do I conclude thad there wil be stil time to influance the MEP on the subject witch will only be ready for voting in the committee in January 2007 and Plenaire in February 2007

     The input from A Degutis is rejected by a number of MEP and the exclusion for RECREATIONAL AVIATION as proposed in the COMMISION proposal seems also to be rejected by some of the larger political party.

    A strong and close co-operation between the input from the NON-CAT-AIRSPACE USERS is required ASAP.

    The tendency to submit BUSINESS AVIATION and FRACTIONAL OWNERSCHIP to be consider as the same as AIRTAXI operations witch means aplication of EU-OPS !!!

    Written proposals are required to be introduced  and coordinated to the larger political families.
