    I started reading in the AIR TRANSPORT FRAMEWORK, THE PERFORMANCE TARGET  D2  of December 2006.

     And have a few comments for the VFR operations the annual increase is not relistic for the definition used in this document since it take on page 021 paragraf 2.3.2.2 to include rotorcraft,aerial work and sports aviation the annual increase of 2% is only for the airplane activity but for the rotorcraft and all other activity as sport aviation there is a increase of 7%.

    I strongly sugest to look at  the increase in GLIDERS, MOTORGLIDERS,PARAMOTORS,PARAPLANE, DELTAPLANE,ULM/DPM,BALLOONS,GYROCOPTER,AIRSHIPS ,HOMEBUILTS  ROTORCRAFT and PARACHUTISME

    GA:AW and SA do also use AIRSTRIPS and not only INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS and REGIONAL AIRPORTS

    Page 089 abreviations schould read IAOPA not IOPA and is a COUNCIL of ASSOCIATIONS with a S

    I ame missing the Abreviation for AERIAL WORK( AW) and for EUROPEAN SPORTS AVIATION (ESA)

    GA activity are also in IFR by AIRPLANE and ROTORCRAFT as a means of AIR TRANSPORT  but not COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT (CAT)
