Presently there is again very strong pressure to introduce the mandatory use of 6,33 Khz below FL195.

 During theSCG/04  there was a Flimsy 05 introduced by NATO concerning the NATO-POSITION.

 During the meeting there was no participation from the AIRSPACE USERS ORGANISATIONS involved in VFR operations below FL195.

 However I understand at EU level there is the tendecy to oposse the introduction of 8,33 Khz below FL195.

 Acording me the presented CBA by EUROCONTROL is not correct.
 
 The protection sectors used are not correct.

 There is no LEGAL BASIS for EUROCONTROL to introduce 8,33Khz below FL195

 According my interpretation this is now only possible if introduced by the EU.

Some EXPERTS who are working for the ATSP are trying to convince me thad there is no other solution then introducing mandatory 8,33Khz below FL195 in ALL MANAGED AIRSPACE except at the TWR operating in a CTR.

Very strong ACTION is urgently required by ALL AIRSPACE USERS ORGANISATION at ALL levels in the ICAO,ECAC,EU and at NATIONAL LEVEL
