    There is a urgent need thad we find a solution to have the requirements for the SME actif in AVIATION to be taken up in the various EU REGULATIONS, PROGRAMS and PROCEDURE.

    In the present consultations the input is dominated bij the larger company's involved in CAT ( COMMERCIAIL AIR TRANSPORT).

     The SME active in AVIATION and I  do not only mean CAT have not the manpower avaible to participate in the detailed documented consultation by EASA, DG-TREN and EUROCONTROL

     They als have not the persons avaible with the adequate knowledge of the ENGLISCH LANGUAGE.

      I mydelf beeing involved in the EU-LOBYING since 1980 and actife in AVIATION since 1954 have not always the in depth knowledge of ENGLISCH to evaluate the detailed information avaible in the various complex documentations

    EUROPE must WAKE UP if it will obtain his place in the AERONAUTICAL INDUSTRY of the FUTURE.

    This play is mainly directly to the EU-EUROPEAN COMISION who has the power of developing iniatifs toward the EP and the EU-COUNCIL
