     Personnel note:

    Presence of the EU memberstates their ATSP, CAA and AIRSPACE USERS

    AIRSPACE USERS
    IACA with a very agresif intervienig delegate
    AEA   with a very strong general commeny
    1ATA very quit no interventions
    EBAA no interventiens
    ELFAA strong interventions

    Myself made no intervention and made the chairman LUC TYTGAT thad I was not representing IAOPA but only as INDIVIDUAL EU-LOBBYIST involved in this subject since 1980 in vieuw to evaluate the possible effect on GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS or toward ALL the other AIRSPACE USERS not belonging to the GAT CAT OPERATIONS

    Noticed also the presence of MILITARY delegates from witch I understood thad in the future they intend te charge for INFRASTRUCTURE and SERVICES made toward the VFR operations using their facility's ??

    Also noticed thad the present TNC will have for effect thad the detailed collected information may have some negative effect on the situation of the SMALLER AERODROMES with INFRASTRUCTURE and SERVICES cost to be recovered from the NON GAT CAT IFR AIERSPACE USERS

    I sugest close observation at NATIONAL LEVEL on the effect of this ???

    Made via personnel contact with CAA & ATSP present experts some possible solution for the financiel development.

    Also very intresting contacts with the members of the PRC !!!
