    Acording the present regulation in the dutch AIP is it mandatory to file in your ATC FLIGHT PLAN the presence of a SSR MODE "S"

    The utulisation of of SSR mode A/C is no more allowed.

    However if you fly below 1200 ft MSL no SSR mode "S" is required.

    Some PILOTS flying in to some DUTCH " GREEN AIRFIELDS" report thad there is no need to have a SSR mode "S" for flying in the DUTCH AIRSPACE.

     I ame no waiting some clarifications !!!
