    AOPA SWITZERLAND  in his POSITION REPORT N° 223 of MEI 2009 is drawing our attention toward some of the proposals under discution at ICAO level.

     Their are proposals to have BLACKBOXES to be mandatory in ALL TURBINE POWERED AIRPLANE

     this means a :

     FLIGHT DATA RECORDER

     COCKPIT VOICE RECORDER

    This schould be evaluated by the AIRSPACE USERS ORGANISATIONS    .........


    ASAP and proposals te be formulated for EXEMPTION for certain operations where such a devise be TO EXPENSIF and of NO VALUE
