    Out of the conversation with a number of PILOT-INSTRUCTERS do apaer a number of problems for the GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS in the EUROPEAN UNION

    - The MANDATORY equipage of the SSR MODE"S" imposed in certain EU MEMBERSTATES at NATIONAL LEVEN  for VFR OPERATIONS. ??

    -The MANDATORY requirement to be equiped with a ELT 4006 MHZ ???

    -The EXAMINATION aplication on the ICAO LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT to obtain a LEVEL 5 or 6

    -Also from ATCO-INSTRUCTERS was I made aware thad there are no adequate guidance avaible for a AIRPLANE whitch has been HIGHJACKED and is in FLIGHT in VFR OPERATIONS ??
    Also the links with the Military services and Federal police services seems very confusing for the operational ATCO

    -The MANDATORY aplication for a NPO (VZW) involved in NON COMMERCIAL AERIAL WORK seems te be very confusing.

    -The aplication of FRACTIONAL OWNERSCHIP is very confusing at EU level

    -The utulisation of the 406 MHZ PLB is not very clear ??

    -There seems to be contradictions between THE NATIONAL LAWS and the EU-REGULATIONS for operational AVIATORS

    There is a urgend need to have a clear vieuw on the STATUS of the various AVIATION ORGANISATIONS and a EU coordinated aproche on the NON CAT OPERATIONS

    -The CERTIFICATION and OPERATIONS of HISTORICAL AIRCRAFT across the 27 inside EU borders

    -The UNJUSTIFIED increase of the COST for SERVICES toward the NON CAT OPERATINS at NATIONAL LEVEL and at AERODROME

    -The requirement at certain AERODROME to USE THE NATIONAL LANGUAGE instead of ENGLISCH
