This document was initialy made in 1980 By IAOPA in function of the discutions beside the meetings at the WA of the IAOPA memberstates WWW.IAOPA.ORG
This was later adapted via HQ EUROCONTROL 20070418-SDW by myself
20090902 again adapted in functions of information obtained from from ICAO, DG-TREN,EP-TRAN, SES/ICB, SESAR, and EASA
The diagram is used in various SERVICES of the EU-INSTITUTION but is not APROVED by the 27 EU memberstates since it schould be made avaible in the 24 used languages
I worked on this diagram since IAOPA was received at the EP-TRAN en 1980 and some MEP reqiested clarifications
The last adaption 20090902 about the UAS is in function of the proposals made toward the SES/ICB and progres in DG-TREN
Also since there are now UAV operating as GAT in NON-CONTROLLED AIRSPACE only covered by a NOTAM but restricting large volume of AIRSPACE for the VFR OPERATIONS
