Recently in a conversation with a intresting PILOT INSTRUCTER he made the
folowing STATEMENT about the CAT;
In the PAST the AIRCRAFT where LESS RELIABLE but
the CREW was HIGHLY QUALIFIED CREW
PRESENTLY
The NEW GENERATION of AIRCRAFT are very RELIABLE
but THE CREW is LESS QUALIFIED
Presently is the AIRPLANE so SOFISTICATED ...but the
CREW is no more abel to master all the complex SYSTEMS
and the TRAINING is les INTENSE and mutch shorter to obtain
EXPERIENCE as in the PAST
