URGENT ADVISE on SECURITY

During personel contacts with some SECURITY EXPERTS of some of the 25 EU MEMBERSTATES dit whe have a very intresting and long conversation during a very friendly BEER and BRADWORST EVENING during a long NIGHT

The conversations were mainly orientated on the aspect of protection of the EU -CITISENS against the aspect ANTI-TERORISME !!!!

In function of my AERONAUTICAL BACKGROUND the major aspect was the concern of the UNLAWFULL UTULISATION of AIRCRAFT

I drawn the expert their attention thad the protection of the NON-CAT could be developed on the basis of the AIRSPACE USERS themself via the support of a program as developed by AOPA-USA

They where very intrested in my briefing on this subject based on the AMERICA'S PILOTS

Also WWW.PPLIR.ORG has drawn their members in the past also to a similar voluntary aplication

I myself have made a ADVISE in this direction in vieuw to avoid unrealistic regulation by the Authority's involved on SECURITY

I also FTO and RF to include SECURITY EDUCATION in their TRAINING PROGRAM since the SELF SECURITY CONTROL BY the OWN MEMBERS is more adequate way of protection against UNLAWFULL UTULISATION of AIRCRAFT
