This afternoon the Post Office Inquiry will hear from Harry Bowyer, a barrister and former employee of Cartwright King solicitors, about his role in the court cases brought against sub-postmasters.
The inquiry is examining how the flawed Horizon IT program led to the wrongful conviction of hundreds of staff who were prosecuted by the Post Office after the system incorrectly showed money was missing from their branch accounts.
This morning the inquiry heard evidence from Hugh Flemington, who was head of legal for the Post Office, about the prosecutions.
