Player of the match Alice Capsey speaking to Sky Sports: "I found that once I got in, it got easier as I batted. As a batting unit, we didn’t get off to the best start last game so we wanted to improve on it.
"There was less momentum this game so we’ve got to force it. It's then about adapting your game, playing shots that you’re not used to but it’s good to play against different opposition.
"I got a bit stuck last game trying to create different lengths, this game I was being more proactive.
"It would be nice to score runs every game but it’s learning to be more at peace with the flow of the game and recognising that it’s not going to happen every game, the support staff have been amazing."
On her bowling: "I’m working hard, there’s already three high quality spinners on the team so it’s nice to have a chance to bowl and I’ll take the opportunities when I get them."
'The intent was there'
Pakistan captain Nida Dar: "If I take the positives out of it, the approach was very nice. The intent was there.
We have bowling strength, we rely on them very much.
"The batting part is not working well. We have tried a lot of combinations before this series, we are working on it and will talk about it for the next game."

Bad decision making, poor execution, what's needed is a bit of mentoring, getting together as a team, they are scoring boundaries, it's just decision making. I can see where this game could've been competitive but they just couldn't keep up.
