Rev David Clements: 'There's no justice for those who've done dreadful things'

Rev David Clements' father Billy was a reserve police officer who was murdered by the IRA in December 1985.

He said he felt there could be "no absolute justice for people who've done dreadful things" after a new legacy law came into effect on 1 May.

The law has been opposed by all Northern Ireland politicians at Stormont and Westminster.
