Cold in South Africa

One of the Mother's day cards that I made.

This is a very cold day in South Africa. 15 Degrees celcius!!!!

Now winter is really starting to evolve...

I was spoilt with breakfast in bed and gifts from my

three men on Mom's day. How blessed am I!

I got this special thought in Afrikaans from one
of my clients:

Ek't 'n tuintjie geplant waar

'Dankies' weelderig groei.

Waar 'Kan en help'
en 'Kom tog weer'
en 'Ag dis niks nie'
bloei.

Bossies 'Bly om jou te sien',
boompies 'Laat my toe'
en rye 'Sit maar'.

'Ekskuus' groei geil
en 'Laggies' kol op kol.

Daar's plate en plate
'Asselief' en
'Soentjies'...
beddings vol...

As hul vra hoekom
daar soveel mooi goed groei,
se ek
dis omdat daar 'n
JESUS stroompie vloei

('n Ruiker uit my tuintjie
aan jou vandag!!)
