Beste peetouders Vriendelijke groeten vanuit de Harapur missie. Ik ben blij te mogen vaststellen dat God ons met goede regen gezegend heeft en dat de boeren gelukkig zijn en begonnen zijn met de aanplanting. Onze parochianen hebben na hun bezoek aan bedevaartoorden zoals Harihar Mathe en Ballari Arogyamathe de verjaardag van Moeder Maria in hun dorpen gevierd. Basapur, een van de dorpen waar kinderen door jullie project gesteund worden, heeft dit feest op 15 september groots gevierd. 13 priesters, een aantal zusters en 200 gelovigen waren aanwezig. In voorbereiding op dit feest werd een retraite georganiseerd door 3 priesters. Alle aanwezigen genoten van de speciale aandacht voor dit feest. Bijgevoegd een paar foto’s. Op 20 september werd feest gevierd in Hedigibal en op 24 september in Deenasamudra. Dank aan allen voor jullie steun. Father Anil Kumar
Dear foster parents Loving greetings from Harapur Mission. I am happy to note that this year God has blessed us with good rains and the farmers are happy and have started the cultivation. Our parishioners celebrate the birthday of Mother Mary in their villages after visiting Mother Mary’s shrines such as Harihar Mathe and Ballari Arogyamathe. One of the sub stations called Basapur (some of the children had been helped by your project) celebrated the feast very grandly on 15th September, 2017. There were 13 priests and a few sisters and around 200 people who participated in the celebration. In order to prepare for the feast a retreat was conducted by three priests. All the priests, nuns and the faithful appreciated the substation people for their special interest in celebrating Mother Mary’s Jathra. Kindly see the attachment for a few pictures of the celebrations. There was another celebration at Hedigibal on 20th September and one in Deenasamudra on 24th September.
