POWERS of the E.U in AVIATION

A lot of PILOTS or AIRCRAFT OWNERS do not understand why there are stil some diferences in the LAWS and REGULATIONS aplied in the 27 EU memberstates on AVIATION

Where does EUROPE

Also to take in consideration thad acording ICAO-EUR  is composed of 52 NATIONAL SOUVERAINE COUNTRY's
the EU is ONLY 27 COUNTRY's
