Zoals reeds vroeger gemeld op deze BLOG en ook via E-MAIL aan een aantal FI(A) en FI(H)  alsook andere VFR luchtruimgebruikers en in functie van een studie uitgeschreven door EUROCONTROL HQ zoals vermeld op hun www.EUROCONTROL.INT  en ook de de SAFETY LETTER   N° 4  van july 2006

Tracht men uit te zoeken waarom niet toegelaten vluchten plaats vinden in GEKONTROLEERD LUCHTRUIM door VFR vliegende luchtruimgebruikers.

Persoonlijk heb ik reeds een aantal reacties ingestuurd !!

Nu heeft een ZWITSERSE COLLEGA de opdracht bekomen om hierover een degelijk onderzoek te doen.

PATRICK SCHELLING steld voor om te trachten in BRUSSEL een kleine HEARING te houden met een aantal INSTRUCTEURS en VFR vliegende piloten hierover een gesprek te voeren in functie van :

AIRSPACE INFRINGEMENT STUDY  - VFR PILOT !!!!

Je viens de recevoir une invitation pour etre present le 26-27 aout 2006 a l'aerodrome de CAEN-CAPRIQUET ( LFRK) pendant la reuinion des PILOTES HANDICAPE.

I ame just remembert via a E-MAIL on a succes whe obtained to have a DEAF FRIEND obtaining his JAA JAR/FCL PPL LICENSE in the UK.

Of cours in the USA there are many DEAF PERSONS obtaining their FAA-PPL but in EUROPE this to my knowledge a very exceptional case.

Until now I failed to obtain the DEAF FRIEND a JAA JAR/FCL PPL in the EUROPEAN country and particular all actions in FRANCE and BELGIUM where until now negative !!!

A DEAF PERSON is still not accepted as a NORMAL EU CITISEN????

The YAHOO.FR  channel is again operational, but it wil take time to react to the 330 E-MAILS who were introduced during the periode I was not abel to have acces ????

Na de 11/9 VLIEGTUIGKAPING EN in de USA werden er wel hondert verschillende voorstellen geformuleerd om zulks in de toekomst te vermijden of onmogelijk te maken, een der voorstellen dat toen werdt gedaan was het inbouwen van een systeem in elk vliegtuig zodat bij een kaping men het bevel en besturing van het gekaapte vliegtuig zou overnemen van op de grond, zodat de kaper het vliegtuig niet zou kunnen gebruiken als een moordwapen ten opzichte van een doel op de grond.

Heden zien wij dat er in october in WINDSOR een voorstel wordt ingedient door een samenwerking van een 30 tal onerzoekscentra  waaronder AIRBUS,SIEMENS en het TECHNISCH INSTITUUT MUNCHEN welk via een budget van 36 miljoen EURO waarvan 50% beschikbaar gesteld door de EU voor een software welk zulk een project zou mogelijk maken in de toekomst;

Deze info verscheen recent in de duitse krant "DER SPIEGEL
en ontdek het hier op SENIORENNET nu ook in de GVA

The information published concerning the EXAMINATIONS are the results of regular contacts with EXAMINATORS from various nationality, in my daily activity I have beside contacts with BELGIAN EXAMINATORS also contact with FRENCH,DUTCH,GERMAN,UK, IRISH,ITALIAN and LUXEMBURG
FI and EXAMINATORS

Today dit i receive a intresting information of a ITALIAN  FI presenting a JAR/FCL PPL with a  CESSNA model A150M( 1977) using a REIMS CESSNA F 152 of 1977 !!!!

 A let you make your own conclusions about the value of the training of this candidate in a FTO !!!!

I notice a large amounth of reports of ATCO of PENETRATIONS by VFR operating AIRPLANE  in their AIRSPACE without the REQUIRED R/T contact.

 This should be placed in the present high VFR activity during this period of the year but urgent education on this is vital from the AVIATION WORLD

During a number of social contacts at EU level before the ANUAL HOLIDAY of the EU experts in BRUSSELS dit i have a number of intresting contacts from witch I take the following CONCLUSIONS.

 1) There is a urgent need thad whe atract the EUROPEAN YOUTH toward the AVIATION WORLD and by this i not only point to the direction of PILOTS but to the many other JOBS in AVIATION

2) ther is URGENT NEED thad the NON COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT AIRSPACE USERS start to make a common aproche toward the POLITICAL and ADMINISTRATIF world of the EU INSTITUTIONS after evaluating the REQUIREMENTS of the various AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITY by any of the AIRSPACE USERS  and AVIATION ENTHOUSIASTS from SPOTTERS to any possible activity.

3) AVIATORS actif in any field schould start to promote positively their and other AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITY toward the NON AVIATION WORLD
