Herhaalde malen steld menvragen over de opleiding tot PILOOT.

 Men moet wel weten dat er veel verschillende takken zijn waarin men als PILOOT kan aktief zijn

  In  RUSLAND en CHINA verlopt de initiele iopleiding van piloot meestal via de MILITAIRE OPLEIDING in de EUROPEESE landen gaat dit via FTO

 Wat jongeren welk geintreseerd zijn voor de LUCHTVAART raad ik hen aan om contacten te ontwikkelen via:
 -JEUGD en LUCHTVAART
 -LUCHTKADETTEN van BELGIE

Volgens mijn ervaringen is het ZWEEFVLIEGEN nog steeds een zeer goede basis  voor de JEUGD om de luchtvaart te benaderen en naast de LUCHTKADETTEN van BELGIE ( beperkte plaatsen beschikbaar) verwijs ik ook nog naar de opleiding te SAINT HUBERT via CNVV

Mijn BLOG bestaat sedert 28 APRIL 2005 en ben aktief op SENIORENNET  sedert 

                 17 NOVEMBER 2003 en heb mijn PC sedert 01 MAART 2003

 Het was echter jaren geledendat ik nog zelf een trekst had moeten opmaken gezien daarvoor de zeer geoefende secretaressen dat voor mij deden zodat ik jaren geheel geen aandacht aan taal en vorm heb moeten besteden en ik ben nooit geen krak geweest in taal of opstel hoor

Deze week  voorzie ik:

 -bezoek EUROCONTROL
 -AGM  KONINKLIJKE AEROCLUB van BELGIE
 -RECEPTIE met uitreiking van de DIPLOME  PAUL TISSANDIER  aan Rudy BINNEMANS welk al veel jaren aktief is als PILOOT-INSTRUCTEUR ZWEEFVLIEGEN bij de LUCHTKADETTEN van BELGIE en tevens de bezieler is van de IPMS EXPO welk jaarlijks plaats heeft in de DON BOSCO school in HOBOKEN en volgens enkele buitenlandse deelnemers de grootste en meest intresante is in EUROPA welk ook voor gevolg heeft dat er een aantal bekende buitenlandse deelnemers aanwezig zijn op een zeer intresante EXPO dit ik sedert jaarlijks bezoek.

Gisteren zijn we naar een MEETING geweest van SENIORENNET ingericht in ROTSELAAR in de KLOOSTERHOEVE door SELENA, NEECK en FRED.

 Een heerlijke namiddag en avond met een zeer goede maaltijd doorgebracht  en natuurlijk veel intresante SENIOREN ontmoet welk we tot hiertoe maar als een NICK kenden op de CHAT of het FORUM.

  PROVICIAT aan de DRIE van het inrichtend team.

  En tevens dank aan het personeel in de KEUKEN en welk voor de BEDIENING zorgde in een zeer aangename sfeer.

Heden morgend was ik op bezoek bij de zeer intresante IPMS EXPO ingericht door 

                 Rudy BINNEMANS waar een ongelooflijk documentatie en vliegtuigmodelen te zien zijn


en iik weer eens  een  ontmoeting  had met de DRIE WIJZEN   met een grondige   kennis van 

                      DE BELGISCHE MILITAIRE LUCHTVAART

A adional aspect witch schould be kept under scrutiny is the utulisation of the AVIATION assigned

SPECTRUM in the SESAR

I understand thad for COM there is a project to go to "L" BAND but there is strong competition

between COM, SUR and NAV projects for the future.


Also caution because the UAV under the strong inpuls of the industry are also requiring a large part

of the AVIATION SPECTRUM ???


I need EXPERT ADVISE on this mather

Apaerently there is a very strong position at the EUROCONTROL level to make 

 SSR mode"S" IN/OUT   as a mandatory requirement for ALL AIRCRAFT operating in

AIRSPACE A,B,D  and E  included

, target date schould be 2016 and no excemptions are included in this experts proposed project.

 CAUTION ????       for the VFR AIRSPACE USERS  in EUROPE

Presently in the AIST28 at GQ EUROCONTROL is the WORKING PAPER N°9 finamy made avaible via Juergen MIES of DFS.

This subject was placed already on the agenda and workprogram in 1992 via Dieter PADE of AOPA-GERMANY on behave of IAOPA and strongly suported by regular lobbying at various levels.

The final pusch resulted in the problemes introduced on the evaluation of the AIRSPACE INFRINGREMENT and the many inputs made by the VFR AIRSPACE USERS concerning the non avaiblity of updated AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION and CHARTS for VFR OERATIONS

Copy transmited to: IAOPA, EAS,FAI and PPL/IR for follow up .

Voor de liefhebbers welk als hobby het VLIEGEN op ee"n SIMULATOR op een PC wensen te beoefenenen vinden  we intresante informatie bij de BFCB:

Heden maakt de PC hier allezrlei gromende geluiden en ik vraag me af wat er gebeurt ??

 Tevens stel ik mij de vraag hoe ik mijn dagelijkse bezigheden ga uitvoeren en indelen moest dat PC spul het hier een tijdje opgeven.

 We zijn heden zo afhankelijk geworden van dit nieuwe media dat ik mij afvraag wat de gevolgen zullen zijn als de PC of veronderstel de ELEKTRICITEIT eens enkele uren of dagen moest uitvallen ??

 WIE WEET HET ????

Een aantal SENIOREN stellen mij vragen over het TV filmke dat zij gezienhebben over een landing van een AIRBUS 320 te HAMBURG van LUFTHANSA.

 Dit incident is natuurlijk het onderwerp van een diepgaande onderzoek en alhoewel men mij de TV opnamen nu heeft getoond kan ik daaruit niet veel besluiten, schijnbaar was er een zeer sterke dwarswin(( CROSWIND) tijdens de nadering en schijnbaar een hevige windstoot( GUST) juist voor de landing en een goede en snelle reactie van de piloot.

Hopelijk vernemen we later hierover meer zodat ik u een beknopte toedracht van dit incident zal toelichten !!!

Een aantal senioren stellenbelang in de prijs van de brandstof namelijk KEROZINE die de turbinemotors gebruiken.

 Dit is eenzeer komplex onderwerp want de prijzen zijn zeer verschillend op de LUCHTHAVENS en tevens hebben de lUCHTVAART MAATSCHAPIJEN zeer speciale contacten in functie van de opgenomen hoeveelheden maar ook schijnbaar nog afhankelijk van de Nationale , Regionale of lokale economische aspecten.

De prijzen die wij keene zijn begrepen tussen de 1 €/Ltren 1,97 €/Ltr

Their are no EU or EUROCONTROL requirements for VFR operations presently avaible , but there are NATIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

There is a urgent need thad we find a solution to have the requirements for the SME actif in AVIATION to be taken up in the various EU REGULATIONS, PROGRAMS and PROCEDURE.

In the present consultations the input is dominated bij the larger company's involved in CAT ( COMMERCIAIL AIR TRANSPORT).

 The SME active in AVIATION and I  do not only mean CAT have not the manpower avaible to participate in the detailed documented consultation by EASA, DG-TREN and EUROCONTROL

 They als have not the persons avaible with the adequate knowledge of the ENGLISCH LANGUAGE.

  I mydelf beeing involved in the EU-LOBYING since 1980 and actife in AVIATION since 1954 have not always the in depth knowledge of ENGLISCH to evaluate the detailed information avaible in the various complex documentations

EUROPE must WAKE UP if it will obtain his place in the AERONAUTICAL INDUSTRY of the FUTURE.

This play is mainly directly to the EU-EUROPEAN COMISION who has the power of developing iniatifs toward the EP and the EU-COUNCIL

Today intresting folow up on the aplication of the OAT versus GAT  by  STATE  AIRAIRCRAFT

1) a number of the MILITARY MISSIONS could be done in GAT insead of OAT if theirt AIRCRAFT could be equipped according the ICAO reqyuirements but there is no budget avaible for this in the NATIONAL DEFENSE BUDGET.

2)- Also not to neglect are the requirements of the DIPLOMATIC CLEARANCES for armed aircraft or transport of amunition.

3)- Some DEFENSE MISSIONS are not possible to operate as GAT

4)- the CI-MIC are trying to have a EUROPEAN or NATO defonition and procedures for OAT but without any possitive results.

5)- A number of participants in the CI-MIC regret to see no more representation as observer in their meetings since thad I left IAOPA.

6)- I also noticed the absnce of IAOPA in the  ANT (AIRSPACE MEETING ) but EAS is represented by GUNTHER . BERTAM  .

7)-Received a full sett of the workingpapers of the ANT

Heden bekwam ik informatie dat PATRICK PAUWELS  van LVZC een zeer goede en overtuigende studie heeft voorgesteld op gebied van de economische aspecten van dit voorstel ten beheove van de VFR luchtruimgebruikers

CAUTION I just received some information from pilots who are flying in AFRICA thad they have problems of obtaining 100 LL at many locations and thad some FLICHT SCHOOLS and SME renting AIRPLANES for traveling trips are CLOSING their doors and stopping all activity.

Some other are now requesting advance payements for reservation of 100 LL for your refueling planning and when you arrive the fuel is not there and it takes 3 to 4 days to breng the 100 LL from a other location at aditional cost !!!
