NON CAT  VFR  AIRSPACE USERS   are involved in collecting comments from their members ASAP

Elke week steld men mij vragen over het vliegen op ZWEEFVLIEGTEUGEN, VLIEGTUIGEN en

HELICOPTERS die ik meestal zeer snel en bondig kan beantwoorden tevens ben ik aktief geweest
 
op FLIGHT SIMULATORS maar wat betrefd de SIMILATORS op PC heb ik geen ervaring en

 I was present at the UNHABITED AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE  meeting in HQ

EUROCONTROL in BRUSSELS  on  MAY 6;7 and 8.


This activity organised by  EADS  and UVSI  under the denomination UAS WORKSHOP  with a

participation of about 400 persons over the three days, revealed a lot of intresting information witch

is avaible via the  WWW.EUROCONTROL.INT  and  WWW.EADS.NET

The vital point to note is the fact thad the use of  UAV  will only be possible as this devices can

satisfy on the same requirementts of any other AIRSPACE USER be it in IFR or in VFR

OPERATIONS  in the ICAO KLASS AIRSPACE A,B,C,D,E,F,G .

Apaerently the military UAV are very advanced to operate in the OAT  and the civilian hope very

soon to have the LEGAL and TECHNICAL possiblity to operate in IFR in the A,B and C

AIRSPACE .

Of cours the operation in SEGREGATED AIRSPACE is always a possiblity via publications in the
 
AIP or via NOTAM.

The operations in the other AIRSPACE  D,E,F and G is still not in vieuw as long they can not satisfy

the SENSE & AVOID ( SEE & AVOID) in the VFR OPERATIONS

In certain country the very light weight ( 9 Kgr) can operate in VFR operation at very low altitude by

some STATE AUTHORITY and in  LOSV and via a NOTAM ( to be verified)

 Also note thad at ICAO level there is a group working on this subject in witch IAOPA HQ via MR
 
HOFMAN is involved as leading the UAV-PILOT LICENSE requirements and training programme.

Intresting was the personnel briefing I received of the record on the GAF license for UAV( military) ,
 
the system and the operations aplication, witch is also proposed toward the civilian authority for the

civilian UAV operations


The official denomination now seems to be;  UAS = UNMANNED VEHICLE SYSTEM


The UVSI  from witch MR PETER van BLYENBURGH is the cairman is preparing the UVSI

ANNUAL REPORT in witch there is a CD-ROM avaible with 1000 UAS who are operating at

GLOBAL LEVEL  PVB@UVS-INFO.COM

Voor de SENIOREN deze UAS zijn LUCHTVAARTUIGEN waar er geen PILOOT aan boord van het toestel is  en welk heden reeds zeer sterk in gebruik zijn voor de oorlogsvoering in verschillende streken deze zijn tussen toestellen van enkele gram en toestellen van enkele ton ( Vermoedelijk 20.000 kgr of 20 Ton) maar dat moet ik verder uitpluizen men voorziet zulke toestellen ook in burgergebruik in 20XX !!!

Ik adviseer nogmaals voor de PILOTEN om tijdig hun MEDISCH ONDERZOEK aan te vragen, zodat dit verloopt voor de VERVALDATUM op hun vergunning!!!!!

 Op bepaalde tijdstippen is er geen dokter beschikbaar  te BRUSSEL en indien uw medical  dardoor gebeurt na de vervaldatum  van uw vergunning wordt u onderworpen aan bijkomende kostelijke  en tijdrovende examens

May I  advise the FI to verify and brief their STUDENT PILOTS on the SOLO NAVIGATION to:

PENETRATE no CTR without a ATC CLEARANCE

Somme CTR the use of the SSR mode A/C is MANDATORY

VERIFY there knowledge of the R/T  procedure in ENGLISCH

Have them verify the UPDATED NOTAMS of the same day of the FLIGHT and not a summary of a week ago

ClARIFY the the RWY en TAXIWAYS MARKINGS in vieuw to avoid RWY INCURSIONS INCIDENTS and a GO a ROUND of a CAT in VERY SHORT FINAL

URGENT:

 There is a urgent need to avoid AIRSPACE INFRINGEMENTS  by VFR operations see report of EUROCONTROL on this subject

Heden zijn  er intresante voorstellen voor de personen met DIABETES TYPE 1 om toch toegelaten te kunnen tot de ICAO-MEDICAL KLAS 2. voor PPL-VFR

There is a need from the Individual IFR operators who do not belong to the SCHEDULED OPERATIONS on the intention of the EU-COMMISION to make a permanent link between:

 AIRPORT SLOTS
 RUNWAY SLOTS  ( for T/O and LANDING)
 SLOT COORDINATORS
 FLIGHT PLAN
 AIRLINE SCHEDULED TIME TABELS
 IATA ANNUAL SLOT SCHEDULING MEETING

This would mean thad a number of AIRPORTS have no more capacity for NON SCHEDULED  FLIGHT to T/O or LAND ???

Vele E-mails van SENNIOREN   gaan over het probleem van VLIEGANGST hiervoor is het 

   intresant te weten dat in PASC@L  N° 7  er een intresant artikel over dit onderwerp staat  op bdz

48  geschreven door DRIES EVERAERTS in functie van een aantal gespreken en opzoekwerk over
dit onderwerp.

 IK RAAD AAN dit ARTIKEL eerst te lezen alvorens u mijn vraag te sturen gezien ik door de vele

vragen onvoldoende tijd heb om deze steeds grondig te beantwoorden

In functie van de de verjaardag van de EERSTE VLUCHT in het ANTWERPSE van een VLIEGTUIG voorziet men een LUCHTVAARTWEEK in te richten in de maand SEPTEMBER 2009 met het bundelen van al de verschillende INIATIEVEN

During the VIP ( VLJ INTIGRATION PANEL ) in witch LARS HJELMBERG (AOPA-SWEDEN) and Myself participated is the target of the PANEL to avoid oposition or a negative aproche to the intodruction of the VLJ en the EU-AIRSPACE.

 EUROCONTROL is evaluating the operation of the VLJ from CESSNA 510( MUSTANG) and the EMBERAER 100 ( PHENOM)
