Op 2 oktober poste ik volgende poll :
Speciale dag op wallstreet. Er komen bakken slecht nieuws binnen en de beurs explodeert (dow jones + 1,4 % en boven de 14 000 gestegen). Men denkt nu immers dat de fed eind deze maand opnieuw de rente zal moeten verlagen. Opvallend is wel dat GM op deze dag 1,8% daalt ! Zoals ik in een vorige bijdrage al zei, moet ik niet te snel veronderstellen dat er 'voorgevormde' kennis is.

We zijn eens benieuwd. Na overschrijding van de 13000 grens vroeg men hetzelfde. Toen waren er 54 % optimisten en werden de extra 1000 ptn na drie maanden bereikt.
Het werd dus 13 000 ! De top werd al bereikt één week na deze poll sindsdien is het zakken en nog eens zakken.

Additionally, they can be motivated by the following aims:

If a municipality chooses to deduct a certain portion of the real estate tax for a particular person, it may deduct 90%, 70%, 50% or 25% of the total tax sum to be paid. This is applicable only if not contrary to any higher-tier laws.
