Every year we take a break in a Center Parc, but this year it was Valkenburg. Theo nly thing I missed there was the market dome, a dome with a lot of shops inside, nice and warm area, and also the coffeshops and restaurants, bakery...
Next year in February we are in Lommel, in that Park, for another midweek, then I want to float. Floating is laying in hot water, where you can float on sold water...during one hour, in the meantime listening at relaxing music, in half dark light and nothing but the sound of birds....in the cd... I am always looking forxard to that period, and maybe it is still Winter landscape there..we'll see.
First of March we visit the Disney on Ice show in Antwerp. I saw already Holiday on Ice and I liked it a lot ! First of April we go at the new concert of IL DIVO ! also in Antwerp and then by the end of May, we fly off to Spain again, for our yearly holiday. So we have a lot to look forward too !
Our trip to Valkenburg was great ! Although the weather wasn't that good, we enjoyed our staying overthere a lot ! This time we rented a complete house, with two floors, each bedroom had its own bathroom, included a sauna and suntanbank...the furniture was brand new, and it had a stove also, so we had it very cosy every evening, while the stove was burning..inside the wooden bricks of course, not the stove...hohoho! Because of the bad weather we couldn't make many walkings, but on the park we did, and we brought a visit at the centre of the small village, with all its small shops of souvenirs, restaurants and cafes and other things to see. There was also a fairytale domain, including a watermill fountain, and a casino, a covered swimmingpool, for the guests of the park! Included I will show you some photos of where we were.
