Tijdens mijn verblijf in Emmen Drente ,werd mij gevraagd een inspectie te doen in Medemblik
Tijdens de rit van Emmen naar Medemblik,via de afsluitdijk passeerde ik het plaatsje
Middenmeer ,ik dacht "hier ben ikgeboren !!" en besloot op de terug weg er even langs te gaan .
dus zo gedaan , uit de verhalen van mijn ouders wist ik dat hun huis stond in de Torenstraat , en ik dacht dat zij woonde op Nummer 18 , maar toen ik er voor stond , dacht ik dat kan niet !!!
de huizen voor nr 18 leken mij ouder !! dus wat was het huisnummer
Ik heb een foto gemaakt en ben vervolgens naar de pastorie gegaan ,om te vragen of dat uit het doop register dit was na te gaan .Een zeer vriendelijke mevrouw stond mij te woord en vertelde dat het doop register op dat moment niet in Middenmeer was maar in Wieringerwerf !!!
Ze nam de telefoon en sprak met iemand van het secretariaat en regelde dat ik per post de gevraagde gegevens kon krijgen .

Deze gegevens heb ik gekregen en daaruit blijkt dat ik geboren ben op 21 januari 1944
ik ben gedoopt op 23 januarie door Kapelaan J Dekker
mijn vader is Theophiel Albert de Caluwé en mijn moeder Anthonia Anna Vermeule
