In order to scientifically evaluate the performance of the inverter online shopping websites, the PV power plant developers, equipment selection to solve problems, CGC and the institutes, testing and certification organizations in the summary preliminary testing and certification inverter based on experience Solar Batteries, for the Chinese PV construction and characteristics of the operating environment, after a year and a half of study energy storage system, formulated the "China PV grid-connected inverter efficiency and technical conditions" standard Solar Power Pack, and in 2014 the record is complete. And "European efficiency", "California efficiency" compared to China efficient characterization more scientific running shoes, and the system takes into account the combined effects of China's climatic conditions, accurately reflect the photovoltaic inverter power generation in the actual operation, and better assess the characteristics of the inverter parameters used in China.
