"The last 5K Used to do was the Belle Isle 5K and I wound up finishing in about 31-and-a-half minutes," Flemming said. "My goal this time is to get in at 30 minutes so I'm hoping which will happen."

He doesn't plan to stop at a half- marathon. The finish goal would be to complete an Ironman race, which includes a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile ride a bike along with a full marathon.

"I like doing the competitive races because I think I am inclined to run a bit faster in them," he explained.
"It's one of those things where if you notice others surrounding you, you attempt to never for them and you don't wish to get passed, so there is a bit of an advantage there."
When he's not racing, Flemming has started to work as a motivational speaker. He is also considering coming back to school for any degree in social work or clinical psychology.
"I like the idea of having the ability to help botanicalslimmingmeizitangsoftgel individuals cope with similar situations as to the I've been in," he explained.
"That's the goal behind the speaking and just what I would end up doing down the road."
