					 The mega event of the year Durga Puja is just a month away. Even though Kolkata is all set to doll in its brightest finery, chances are that its inhabitants  too are preparing to wow. Restrict outside food to once a week, as it will help you control  the consumption of salt, sugar and oil. Avoid carbs for supper. Have ample veggies instead. Say no to deep-fried food and stay with fruits, raw vegetables  and cooked green veggies," said fitness expert Preetom Mukherjee Roy.
