Eindelijk lente.Gisteren voor de eerste maal gaan fietsen zonder kou te hebben,ondanks de rukwinden liep het toch lekker.De conditie komt eraan en maak wekelijks 400 a 450 km
afwisselend lange en kortere ritten,soms met kleinzoon Brecht van 12 j(achter enkele jaren zal ik hem niet meer kunnen volgen)
Mijn werk mis ik helemaal niet,want buiten mijn fietsen heb ik ook nog een tuin,auto,huishoudelijk werk enz. ook ben ik nog bezig met de route van onze 20 st maaslandse gordel(daar wordt ook iets speciaals van verwacht) zo dus verveling is niet aan de orde, mijn voorbereiding loopt als een trein.Ben goed bevonden door mijn huisarts,
Ellie zorgt voor de spieren en andere materialen
Achter een maandje zien we dan wel weer.GROETEN en tot half mei(enkele dagen voor mijn vertrek)
