Occupied this days with a number of  BRIEFINGS  concerning AVIATION towards a number of EU ASSISTANTS.

Very intresting feet-back although some are involved in TRANSPORT for 20 YEARS they have only knowledge of CAT or must I say the activity of the NATIONAL AIRLINES and the HOLIDAY CHARTER FLIGHTS

In their NOTE's are only EUROVONTROL,ICAO,ECAC,AEA,IACA,IATA,ACI;IFATCA,IFALPA and ELFAA present !!

I introduced to them: IAOPA,EAS,EBAA,FAI, and PPL/IR .

they are proposing a follow up on the 3 hour introduction witch consisted of 1 hr BRIEFING and 2 Hrs QUESTION TIME

AIRSPACE INFRINGEMENT STUDY  - VFR PILOT !!!!

Visiteurs sont le bienvenue voir  www.HANDIVOL.FR.ST

I ame just remembert via a E-MAIL on a succes whe obtained to have a DEAF FRIEND obtaining his JAA JAR/FCL PPL LICENSE in the UK.

Of cours in the USA there are many DEAF PERSONS obtaining their FAA-PPL but in EUROPE this to my knowledge a very exceptional case.

Until now I failed to obtain the DEAF FRIEND a JAA JAR/FCL PPL in the EUROPEAN country and particular all actions in FRANCE and BELGIUM where until now negative !!!

A DEAF PERSON is still not accepted as a NORMAL EU CITISEN????
