As already circulated on previous occasions there is a project at EUROCONTROL to develop a proposal of a SINGEL AIP for the EU.

Initialy the target was only to introduce this above FL285 but out of the first reaction it apaers there wil be a proposal to have a SINGEL AIP for the EU from the GROUND up to the UPPER AIRSPACE.

Including the UPPER and LOWER AIRSPACE.

This means it will also to be developed for the IFR and VFR AIRSPACE USERS in the EU, also sugestions from non EU USERS is welcom since they fly in to the EU AIRSPACE and use the LANDINGPLACES in the EU.

Also the need to keep in line with the ICAO requirements is strongly advised.

THe IATA,AEA,IFALPA,IATA,IAOPA,EAS, and EBAA are also involved and can forward your proposals

Steeds vraagt men mij voor welke organisatie ik nu werk, ik ben geheel individueel aktief zonder enige financiele binding met een organisatie of firma.

 Ik doe de huidige tussenkomsten geheel vrijblijvend en als hobby ten behoeve wat ik denk dat er nodig is voor de NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS in de toekomst hun plaats te geven in het luchtruim en op de luchthavens, vliegvelden en landingstrips in de EU lidstaten

 Tevens reageer ik op vragen van SENIOREN in punten van de EU waaraan zij hun intresse betoonen zonder enige binding met enige politieke strekking;

 Na mijn vele jaren aktiviteit in de luchtvaart als piloot-instructeur in zweefvliegen, motorvliegen en helicopter en als liaison officer voor IAOPA ten behoeve van GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK blijf ik het als hobby intresant te vinden om een vinger in de LUCHTVAART en EU-POLITIEK te houden

Today durng the meeting of the COMMITTEE ON TRANSOPORT ( TRA) of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT  in Brussels during the debate on MARITIME SAFETY dit  yhe MEP BRIAN SIMPSON of the UK congratulated the PILOTS and CREW of the helicopters who on thursday  evacuated the crew of the MSG NAPOLI  during a heavy stormy weather and saved the life's of the ship crew.

I started reading in the AIR TRANSPORT FRAMEWORK, THE PERFORMANCE TARGET  D2  of December 2006.

 And have a few comments for the VFR operations the annual increase is not relistic for the definition used in this document since it take on page 021 paragraf 2.3.2.2 to include rotorcraft,aerial work and sports aviation the annual increase of 2% is only for the airplane activity but for the rotorcraft and all other activity as sport aviation there is a increase of 7%.

I strongly sugest to look at  the increase in GLIDERS, MOTORGLIDERS,PARAMOTORS,PARAPLANE, DELTAPLANE,ULM/DPM,BALLOONS,GYROCOPTER,AIRSHIPS ,HOMEBUILTS  ROTORCRAFT and PARACHUTISME

GA:AW and SA do also use AIRSTRIPS and not only INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS and REGIONAL AIRPORTS

Page 089 abreviations schould read IAOPA not IOPA and is a COUNCIL of ASSOCIATIONS with a S

Heden op VRIJDAG 26 Januarie 2007 is er een workshop voorzien bij De minister van Mobilitiet  van 1400 tot 1800 uur aangaande BALLONVAREN,PARAMOTOREN,ZWEEFVLIEGEN,ULM/DPM en ZELFBOUW waarop enkele nieuwe voorstellen zullen worden voorgelegt en besproken.

 Bemerk het ontbreken van een aantal aktiviteiten voor plezier vliegende ZEILVLIEGEN(DELTA) ,SCHERMVLIEGEN(PARAPLANE) GYROCOPTER,HELICOPTER, LUCHTSCHIP  en VLIEGTUIG

ABI vergadering is op ZATERDAG 10 Februarie 2007 van 1500 uur tot 1700 uur

In functie van het onderwerp of hoe de VREDE op de AARDBOL te bevorderen kreeg ik een aantal intresante reacties!!
