Hier dus enkele antwoorden op gestelde vragen

Although I ame promoting GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK at GLOBAL level do I feel a little upset thad whe are promoting EU-FTO who are involved in their operation outside the EU memberstates

At EU level I have the feeling thad whe must promote  and give PRIORITY to the use of EU FTO who are doing their operations inside the EU and are creating JOBS in the EU AVIATION  area.

Any comments or sugestions on this subjects are always welcom.

As many of you are awre there are propositions to have each pilot or student pilot to be subject to a SECURITY INVESTIGATION.

However I was made aware of a person who aplied for a job an the AIRSIDE of a INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT to be issued a SECURITY BADGE within 30 minutes , when this person dit not speak any of the usual languages being in use at this aerodrome DUTCH,FRENCH,GERMAN or ENGLISCH and was assisted by a translater for the administrative requirements.

How is this person going to be aware of the SAFETY requirements on the AIRSIDE and where is the SECURITY evaluation ???

Een vraag die zich stelde hoe het plassen gebeurt in een licht vliegtuig tijdens de vlucht??

 Als operationeel piloot hadden wij de gewoonte  bij lange verplaatsingen steeds te gaan plassen voor de vlucht en in de mate van het mogelijke voerde ik nooit geen vluchten uit van meer dan 3 tot maximum 4 uur en ,  maakte een tussenlanding om even de beenen te strekken, te tanken en de natuurlijke behoeften te voldoen.

He also highlichted a very important aspect thad it is becoming a very difficult to locate valuable motivated AVIATION EXPERTS with operational experience.

Thad EUROPE is destroying his future AERONAUTICAL INDUSTRY by placing a to hevy financial,regulatory and adminstrative burden on the " NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS"

The motivated YOUNGSTERS needed for the 92 jobs in the AERONAUTICAL WORLD are not created only in the UNIVERSITY or SCHOOLS but are made to follow the required study via thezir motivating created when they where 12 to 14 year by beeing abel to aproche the AVATION ACTIVITY from MODELFLYING, HOME BUILDER SPOTTER,GLIDING,ULM,DELTA,BALLOON ,GYROCOPTER and the FIXED WING and ROTATING WING of GENERAL AVIATION

 I have the impression there is nothing very dangerous in for the " NON CAT AIRSPACE USERS"  except for the Business operators of light jets??

A dangerous point is still the COST RECOVERY for SECURITY.

For GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK I still strongly advise them to develop at each AIRFIELD a AIRPORT WATCH as mentioned by:

And make this aware to the PUBLIC,THE ADMINISTRATIONS and the POLITICAL WORLD

SECURITY  in AVIATION is not only a problem for the EU ,STATE AUTHORITY  or SECURITY SERVICES but for  each AVIATION PERSON  from SPOTTER up to AIRLINE PIC.

Naar we vernemen gaat de commisaris BARAUT nu trachten van het EP te bekomen dat de 2 miljard € die nodig is om GALILEO operationeel te maken en dus 100% van het EU BUDGET inplaats van het origineel PPP structuur met 50% van het EU-BUDGET en 50% van de PRIVAAT INDUSTRIE.
heden werdt er reeds 1,2miljard € gebruikt.

Men voorziet nu de 33 SATELIETEN in de lucht te hebben in 2010 en zodoende dit EU-GNSS operationeel te hebben in 2013

In functie van mijn bericht over de NACHTVLUCHTEN in NEDERLAND bekwam ik weer een update van :

Volgens Het KB 10 Januarie 2000 art 74 moet een FI(A) na de opleiding in een FTO met erkend programa van het BLV  voor de Theoritische en vlieginstructie en het slagen der Theoretische en Practische examen proeven nog aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen onder toezicht van een FI(A)

-100 uur Vlieginstructie
-25 Solovluchten van leerling bestuurders
-Aanbeveling van de FI(A) belast met toezicht op de kandidaat FI(A)  aan het BLV

In functie van een dodelijk ongeval bestaat er nu onzekerheden over de toepassing van dit toezicht op de kandidaat.

 Er zijn heden geen duidelijke regels in ons bezit door wie en op welke wijze dit dient te geschieden.

Volgens bepaalde personen moet dit geschieden door :
-FI(A)  in dienst van de betrokken FTO
-FI(A) aanvaard en aangewezen  door de FTO maar niet behorende tot de FTO
-Eender welke FI(A) van een RF
-Een FI(A) aanvaardt van het BLV in ee RF

Ook is er onduidelijkheid wat dit toezicht inhoud en welk de verantwoordelijkheden zijn van beide betrokken  FI(A)

Waarom is het cijfer 13 een ongeluksgetal.

 En wordt het vermeden/

 In vele HOTELS is er geen 13e VERDIEPNIG

 In VLIEGTUIGEN is er geen rij 13

In RESTAURANTS is er geen TAFEL 13

Op het LUCHTVAARTREGISTER  wordt A13 niet gebruikt 

 

WAAROM ???

Regelmatig krijg ik te horen dat de PILOOT zo een uitzonderlijke wedde heeft.

 Een Piloot welk als PIC vliegt heeft een degelijke wedde maar:

 PIC  wordt je maar na een aantal jaren als 2e piloot te hebben gevlogen.

De Piloot heeft de onkosten van zijn opleiding zelf betaald of zijn ouders.

Een Piloot  welk beroepsmatig vliegt in CAT  wordt elke 6 maand onderworpen :

 1) STRENG MEDISCH ONDERZOEK

 2) EEN THEORETISCHE ONDERVRAGING

 3) PRAKTISCH EXAMEN in VLUCHT of op de SIMULATOR

 4) REGELMATIG moet hij overgaan naar een nieuw TYPE VLIEGTUIG

Indien hij in een van die drie faalt , krijgt hij voor de  punten 2  en 3  een bijkomende training alvorens deze  examens terug te ondergaan

Maar indien hij in punt 1 definitief ongeschikt wordt bevonden is hij gewoon PILOOT geweest???
