WARNING

Een punt dat men mij steeds vraagt is naar het nummer van mijn GSM, ik moet heerlijk bekenen dat ik zulk een aparaat niet heb en ook in mijn huidige functie geheel niet nutig beschouw.

 Tevens stel ik vast dat ik met de huidige informatica geheel niet vertrouwd ben en schijnbaar ook niet de drang voel om daar nog cursus over te volgen, ik ben reeds heel content dat ik een beetje uit de voeten kan met mijn BLOG,FORUM,CHAT en de E-MAILTJES als de PC niet voor problemen zorgt.

 Mijn kennis die ik vroeger heb opgedaan via mijn ervaring in het LUCHTVAARTMIDDEN sedert 1954 is heden mijn bron om het nodige advies en informatie te verspreiden, alsook het feit dat ik kan terugvallen op vele goede vrienden in de EU-MIDDENS en DE LUCHTVAART om de gevraagde informatie te geven.

Tevens hebben wij onze zoon die op tijd en stond even binnenspringt om on PC en INTERNET systeem werkende te houden

 Ik ben nog steeds gewoon van al de bekomen dossiers in papiervorm op te vragen en heb dus hier heel der stapels documenten om mij heen liggen tot wanhoop van mijn vrouwtje.

Heden of beter gezegt dezer dagen verloopt alles zeer goed,,,,,,,,,, MAAR wie weet wat de dag van morgen ons brengt ????

Een aantal E-MAILTJES gingen over het probleem van BEENRUIMTE bij bepaalde vluchten.

 Ik adviseerde hen een schrijven of E-mail te sturen aan de NATIONALE ADMINISTRATIE betrokken bij de PASSAGIERSRECHTEN.

 Nu verneem ik dat zij geen antwoord zelfs geen ontvangstmelding geven.

De volgende stap die ik adviseer is een schrijven te richten aan:

 -1) DE NATIONALE OMBUDSMAN

-2) DE EDG-TREN

-3) een Kopie aan mijn E-mail         SYLVAIN_D_W@YAHOO.FR

-4) Neem telefonisch contact met mij gezien ik geen uitgaande E-MAILS kan verzenden en ik wacht op de herstelling ??     03-236 29 54

Herhaalde malen stellen SENIOREN mij vragen over de VLIEGVELDEN in BELGIE, hiervoor kan ik hen verwijzen naar de oficiele documenten zoals de AIP, maar er is tevens een kleine in zakformaat boeke beschikbaar genoemd

AIR-INFO 1 dat sedert 1993 regelmatig wordt uitgegeven en telkens weer aangepast.

Out of conversations at ICAO, ECAC and EU level I have been warned thad the VFR operating AIRSPACE USERS in airspace  ICAO class  "G" must be very alert on the requirements thad the UAV organisations are promoting to have ALL AIRSPACE USERS to be equiped with a TRANSPNDER ( SSR mode/S) in vieuw thad there UAV can make avoiding action by localising this SSR.

 There is very string commercial pusch behind the UAV iniatif in the CIVILIAN , DEFENSE and SECURITY projects.

 The SECURITY project are receiving very strong support for the mandatory SSR mode/S instalation on any object operating in the EU AIRSPACE,,,,,,,,  CAUTION ?????

For somme raison I ame not abel to translit any E-MAILS presently for about 48 hours as mentioned by a message on my screen from THE SERVER .

  Why ???

Out of recent contacts do I receive again information thad the Belgian CAA and BelGOCONTROL are on progres of preparing a common examination systeme for ATCO and PILOTS to satisfy the the ICAO LANGUAGE level 4 requirement for the target March 2008 with a transition to be completed in March 2011 for all ATCO and PILOTS flying INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS.

 Hope to obtain somme official notification soon!!!

I was informed thad on 06 DECEMBER 2007 during the ECAC meeting in PARIS the  DGAC/128-IP/2 of 27/11/2007 in the Agenda will be introduced on  the :

FINAL REPORT of the ECAC GENERAL AVIATION TASK FORCE

to be presented by Mrs A STA (UK) chair of this TASK FORCE

A intresting document witch give acording me a very correct annelysing of the GA activity in the EU

-Special training and procedure for IFR VLJ

Eindelijk heeft de RECHTBANK in FRANKRIJK een uitspraak gemaakt dat een dikke persoon geen tweede zitplaats moest betalen zoals dit bij een aantal LUCHTVAARTFIRMA's werdt toegepast.

 De persoon in kwestie woog wel 170 kgr dus een nogal uitzonderlijk geval, ik vraag me af hoe de LUCHTVAARTMAATSCHAPIJEN dat nu gaan toepassen want dat steld toch enkele praktische operationele problemen !!!!
